Wife from Philly and it’s been hard to find authentic cheesesteak. Especially the amoroso rolls which you dont see unless you go to Steve Ds only if you want the flavor to match the real deal… yum yum get you sum

Saw a post on social media and knew we had to try it! Family owned food truck run by a father and his kids. Riley (daughter) greeted us as we approached the food truck window and welcomed us. She gave us a run down on the high grade ribeye steaks her father cooks with and their family history coming from Philadelphia.
