I ordered the bourbon chicken & it was so bad. Don’t waste your money. It’s $20 for a meal & it’s the saddest $20 you’ll ever spend. There ain’t a sauce or spice Alice that could’ve saved this meal.

Our first experience six months ago was amazing. The waffle tower was so good. The mudslide martini was delicious. We couldn't wait to go back. Last night was terrible. The food was horrible. The martinis tasted like the first time we were there. We couldn't wait to come back And I will never go again. Very, very disappointed.
We had such a great time. It was a spontaneous date night. We had never been before and it was just so much fun. The food was so amazing there service was awesome. The drink I had was amazing and it was just such a great and we had an amazing time and we are already planning a next day to go back and hang out the casino and just have a great wonderful night.

It was super loud. I called to check before about allergens for my son's food. Highly allergic. Was told a burger and fries were fine. We ordered food 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger. 50 minutes after we ordered we were told the fries had eggs in it? Wth. Asked for a manager while we were there food came out son's hamburger came out on a brioche bun. Asked for a manager he comped the burger and apologized but asked who I spoke to when I called. At the end he offered us dessert or candy my son's autistic and very particular about what he eats and I thanked him for that but it doesn't fix the fact that it was stressful for all of us.
Music was so loud and competed with other music playing from casino across the hall. Food was plated beautifully but lacked taste and flavor. Everything was cold and overcooked. We were greatly disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebratory meal and ended up being food we forced down to justify the trip and cost. Cigarette smoke from downstairs casino drifted up and smelled awful. We were looking forward to a larger candy choice for our kids but disappointed in a run down display and limited selection greatly overpriced. We will not return nor recommend.

Had a reservation for 5:30 pm. Was seated at the same time as another couple next to us. Both our order, and the couple next to us, were placed at the same time. We only ordered 2 appetizers (spinach dip and mini burger sliders). The couple next to us received their order within 15 minutes from placing their order (drinks, onion rings, and a chicken salad). While waiting on our order still, the waiter said he would bring us plates, which he never did. Forty minutes later we inquired about our order (even the couple next to us couldn't understand why we had not received our food), and after the waiter checked, he said it would be another 25 minutes for the burgers. I again questioned why since they were mini burgers and spinach dip and 25 minutes for the burgers would burn them (I cook them at home and it doesn't take that long for mini burgers). I told him we had tickets for the concert that night and couldn't wait an additional half hour (after sitting for 40 minutes). We ended up leaving without having dinner. So neither myself or my friend were able to have dinner, and hadn't eaten since that morning. Needless to say we will NOT be going back to the Sugar Factory at Tampa Hard Rock, and will make sure to tell our family and friends not to,

We could not believe the amazing vibe! What a great Bithday for our son! The one guy who sticks out was our amazing waiter CALEB! A special THaNK YOU for making our sons Bithday feel even more special last night! Wishing you the Best and we'll see you soon! A winner for sure and an amazing 10 stars!!
The app came out with the main course. We were served spoiled food, cold food and food that was actually dirty. Oh and there was a hair in the cake. Literally no F's given by the staff.

Food was lackluster, Had the club sandwich, no taste, bacon was like carboard, mayo was very sweet. Husband had the burger, not great taste needed salt and pepper at minimum. Was not impressed after all the hype. There was no ham on the club all turkey just wasn't anything to write home about.
Service was great, they were celebrating a lot of birthdays and a few of them had dance numbers included! It was great! Everyone at my table had a great time and loved the food. 10/10
I AM NOT A KAREN LOL JUST GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW!!!!!! Went there for the experience. Won't honestly go back. A bit expensive but I already figured that was gonna happen. The food wasn't the best. Appetizer was the Macaroni Pops and they were very dry. Meal was the Big Cheesy Burger (me and husband had the same burger) and they both came out undercooked. And it wasn't very cheesy. It just had the same Mac and cheese from the appetizer so it was dry. And they forgot one of the toppings on the burger that were listed (onion straws). The food just came out way too quick as well. We got our appetizer and meal under 10 minutes. Also the plates were very small. Felt like I was gonna drop my food on the table from the burger. Before I could finish my one pop my meal came out. Felt rushed. Also I upgraded my side to onion rings instead of fries and that was terrible. The onion rings were over cooked which made them extremely crunchy, felt as if I was gonna break a tooth and the onion itself was over cooked that it practically disintegrated in the frier. And my husband fries were all stuck together into a ball like they didn't fry them right or something and they were cheap fries like from a mom and pop shop. Our waiter was good he did his job however we felt the tension. He was not having a good day. Felt as if he kept rushing us. The dessert was the only good part about it. The shakes are AMAZING. I got the Cookie Monster Insane Shake. Worth the price for sure. I would only go back for the dessert not the food. REPEAT::: I AM NOT A KAREN JUST WRITING AN HONEST REVIEW!!!
Great place to eat and indulge with a shake. Make sure you reserve. The area is small but not uncomfortable. Be mindful of parking because it is in the Hard Rock so be prepared walk. Use your phone to read the menu, the font is small. Food is good. We did not have alcohol. Portions are sufficient. Shakes are epic!! if you have a sweet tooth that is your place... lol...
Reserved a table for 3 for my birthday ? We got seated quickly the waiter was very nice and helped us with options for drinks and food they came and sang happy bday to me. It was amazing me and my friends a enjoyed the music the crowd and the energy.

We were there to celebrate two graduation achievements. This is a place where you go to celebrate at any age. The manager went out of his way to make sure it was special and congratulated. We enjoyed everything very much and ended our meal splitting a banana split that was outstanding.
