I can't say enough great things about Z, the concierge on the 7th floor co-working space. I work out of this floor almost every day, and without fail, Z always brightens up my day. She's not only super helpful and efficient with anything I need, she's also just cool and a genuinely good vibe. She even throws in some good life advice for me every so often. Asher is truly lucky to have someone like Z on the team.

Worked with Grace McPherson today to find an apartment here in downtown Tampa. She was amazing, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and efficient. She went above and beyond to share amenities, location highlights and even helped us measure for future furniture placement. We did not feel pressured or rushed and she answered all of our questions. As a representation of the level of service one can expect from Ashers team, I would give them an A+. Update: We did have a minor issue, which Grace was able to escalate and address in a prompt and efficient manner. The management team really listened and provided us with the best solution possible. Concierge staff are quick to support us and always share a warm smile.
