The concierge & Roost staff are amazing! Loved living here the first couple months. Parking garage is shared with valet which take up many more spots then just the ones that are marked for them. Also, this garage is public and anyone can park there for $50 bucks. With that being said, there were a few times that I (resident & paid $150 a month to park) did not always have a place to park. I was told to find somewhere else to park, keep the receipt and will be reimbursed. I moved out June 2nd. Had to reach out in August regarding my deposit check. They finally sent it almost 3 months later (once I reached out) and put my name & my mothers name, who was not on the lease on the check and now I can’t deposit the check even though my mother has signed the check as well. I’m assuming the check was voided since it took almost a week to have my mother sign the check as well since she does not live close to Tampa. I’ve reached out to them and conveniently enough, I now am getting no response from the staff regarding the check. If you’re looking for a place to live, I would absolutely consider other options. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at for a few days, I definitely recommend Roosts, their staff is amazing!

Between 1pm when I double checked the price and drove 90 minutes to Tampa for a 5pm appointment they had raised the price over 100.00 a month which put it out of our son’s budget. And with over 300.00 in monthly fees and a one time 425.00 amenity fee I was really disappointed. I asked the leasing agent about it and she said its market value at the time we toured.

Unfortunately, the 1 star is for location only. The property has been going downhill since the new management took over. The hot tub did not work for 2 years at all. The pool area needs a bit of love and care since it is deteriorating day by day. The tiles are cracked, the chairs are filthy dirty, and the wood needs staining. Management keeps raising the rents even though the market has softened, but they think they are immune to it. As rents keep going up, they are reducing the budget by deleting perks that residents love, such as (pool towels, less coffee, cheaper events, etc.). The apartments are made out of paper-thin walls since you’re going to hear absolutely everything your neighbor is doing. The water bill is extremely high since they use a chillier system that nobody asked for. Be careful with your security deposit since they will try to forget to give it back if you’re not asking every day for it. I will recommend looking around the neighborhood since there are way better options. They need to replace the carpet as well, it’s dirty with stains all over. Keep looking and thank me later….

The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are never ending. But the one thing that stood out is how much the staff cares. As we toured our leasing agent grace was greeted multiple times by residents and you could tell how great the relationship was. Grace was amazing, she had an in depth knowledge of Asher and truly loved the property and making the living experience the best possible. Grace made you feel like you already lived there

Asher is beautiful, and Grace is the best apartment ambassador we have ever encountered. The apartments are perfectly designed to maximize use of space in an elegant and serene setting. The location is fantastic, with all the restaurants and events of Water Street just outside your door. Also, the amenities, including the pool and shared club area are beautiful. Most importantly, Grace made us feel at home and comfortable that this was a place we would enjoy living in — she was friendly, extremely perceptive and very knowledgeable about the property and the area .

Great complex! The staff is super friendly and the apartment is amazing. Parking is super easy since it has its own garage attached. Traffic does get crazy down here for events but it’s a minor inconvenience for living is such an amazing area!

I can't say enough great things about Z, the concierge on the 7th floor co-working space. I work out of this floor almost every day, and without fail, Z always brightens up my day. She's not only super helpful and efficient with anything I need, she's also just cool and a genuinely good vibe. She even throws in some good life advice for me every so often. Asher is truly lucky to have someone like Z on the team.

As a representation of the level of service one can expect from Ashers team, I would give them an A+. Update: We did have a minor issue, which Grace was able to escalate and address in a prompt and efficient manner. The management team really listened and provided us with the best solution possible.
