11/10 would recommend this area and highly recommend asking for Lyric in regards to touring, information leasing or any questions you might have.

I lived at Asher during my time in Tampa, and it was genuinely one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The building is modern, well maintained, and the amenities fit perfectly with the Water Street atmosphere — bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool deck and common areas became my go-to spots to work or unwind, and the location made everyday errands incredibly convenient.

I have been looking for a new apartment in Tampa for a while. I decided to tour the Asher and I was very impressed not just with the amenities but with the staff. Rachel was our tour guide and she made the whole experience, I don’t usually write reviews but decided to do so since we had such a great time with her. Not only was she professional but she came into the tour with so much passion and enthusiasm!!!

Silverfish: Living here has otherwise been pretty good, but unfortunately there is a building-wide silverfish (bug) problem that makes things very uncomfortable. They are in the hallway, elevators, my unit, and others' units. I've attached three pictures of silverfish in the hallway, elevator, and in my unit (apologies for the low quality still images; I was having trouble uploading them as videos). In addition to these pictures, I've seen multitudes of them across every room of my unit: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. I have been dealing with them for months while living here. The management has been trying, but unfortunately the problem persists. I hate leaving a negative review, but I want to warn anyone who is not good with bugs about living here, and I also really hope that this issue gets resolved soon.
Rachael was amazing, she gave the best tour and gave me so much information regarding the property and district. By far the best leasing experience I’ve had.

Leasing dept is insane. Olga has done her best, but is hamstrung by bad policies from upper management. Most folks have to give 60 day notice at current rental HOWEVER, Asher only allows applications that are 30 days and less. Found my fave apartment at the price of $2357, but I'm waiting for time frame to allow me to apply and now that fave apartment is $2517. Who knows what it will be in another 30 days. Additionally, I need 17 month lease. Well, Asher will allow a 15 month lease and after that month to month price will incur a penalty of +$800/month. Seriously?? Just turn me upside down and dump all my money into your pocket. How's anyone to 'plan' with this nonsense. Any advice??

The concierge & Roost staff are amazing! Loved living here the first couple months. Parking garage is shared with valet which take up many more spots then just the ones that are marked for them. Also, this garage is public and anyone can park there for $50 bucks. With that being said, there were a few times that I (resident & paid $150 a month to park) did not always have a place to park. I was told to find somewhere else to park, keep the receipt and will be reimbursed. I moved out June 2nd. Had to reach out in August regarding my deposit check. They finally sent it almost 3 months later (once I reached out) and put my name & my mothers name, who was not on the lease on the check and now I can’t deposit the check even though my mother has signed the check as well. I’m assuming the check was voided since it took almost a week to have my mother sign the check as well since she does not live close to Tampa. I’ve reached out to them and conveniently enough, I now am getting no response from the staff regarding the check. If you’re looking for a place to live, I would absolutely consider other options. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at for a few days, I definitely recommend Roosts, their staff is amazing!
