I had a great experience at Aussie grill today.3-29-22.. I was there between 4 and 5 pm.. there was one woman there and she was terrific. Despite being by herself. She was professional and efficient. She took all the all orders, made all the food and delivered it in a timely manner. All with a smile and a nod. Someone should give this woman a raise.

Probably one of the worst tasting burgers I've ever had. What is more devastating is that it was packaged and presented beautifully. Had a jalapeño pepper tooth picked on top and all. The burger was gross. It didn't taste like a burger. It had this odd sweet taste to it. Literally a waste of an incredible cook and look. It was honestly picture perfect. But I've had better burgers from high school football stadiums. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The food was amazing, especially the fries. The service was absolutely awful. I waited half an hour for my food. Some other customers ordered here, went over to Chick-fil-A (which had a line 3 times a long), ordered there, got their food, and came back to wait on their food here for a while. I could see my food was ready for about 10 minutes before they gave it to me. They gave a customer, who had ordered less than 10 minutes ago, he food, before they gave me my food. There is other food in the mall that is decent and you don't need to wait on it nearly as long as you need to wait for Aussie Grill.

Have eaten there for the first time this week ordered over the phone to make sure order was right. The customer service was perfect everything we ordered was perfect! Made fresh, nice and hot and all tasted excellent no complaints

Popped into IP for an errand and saw Aussie Grill. Stopped by and loved the menu and decided to try the Siracha Chicken Sandwich even though the Shrimp PoBoy looked amazing not to mention an actual steak on the menu. Since the brand is a sister to Outback I can imagine it is delicious.I opted for the chicken sandwich because I love Popeyes Spicy chicken sandwich. Let me tell you this one is better. The sauce is nice and warm, ok I am a bit of a whimp and got it on the side to dip but even though it is a tad spicy for this gal it is amazing!!! Get it on the side if you are scared of heat. So worth it.BTW my new favorite chicken sandwich. So sorry Popeyes you have been dethroned. Aussie has Tampa Bays best drive thru sandwich. I know IP does not have a drive thru but there are location's that do. I am super excited by this new BB concept. Can't wait to see how they evolve.

Exceptional service and quality food. We normally go to the one in lutz because it’s closer to home but stopped by this location while out shopping. The gentleman taking orders today 11/13 around 2pm was wonderful, patient and accommodating despite being slammed. Kudos to him and the team at this location.

Popped into IP for an errand and saw Aussie Grill. Stopped by and loved the menu and decided to try the Siracha Chicken Sandwich even though the Shrimp PoBoy looked amazing not to mention an actual steak on the menu. Since the brand is a sister to Outback I can imagine it is delicious.I opted for the chicken sandwich because I love Popeyes Spicy chicken sandwich. Let me tell you this one is better. The sauce is nice and warm, ok I am a bit of a whimp and got it on the side to dip but even though it is a tad spicy for this gal it is amazing!!! Get it on the side if you are scared of heat. So worth it.BTW my new favorite chicken sandwich. So sorry Popeyes you have been dethroned. Aussie has Tampa Bays best drive thru sandwich. I know IP does not have a drive thru but there are location's that do. I am super excited by this new BB concept. Can't wait to see how they evolve.

Crazy how good it was. Very very very satisfied with the quality of the food, the speed in which they prepared it made to order and got it to our car. I’ve never seen a drive through dine in restaurant and I’m amazed at how close to the actual thing it was.
I work in retail regardless of any situation, customer service is TOP priority!I had three separate orders for my coworkers and I and all salads. I wasn’t sure which side dressings they wanted and know they are too busy to contact at the moment so I ordered multiple kinds of dressing just to be safe.Anyways, the lady on the clock 11/10/21 at 5pm with the long braided weave pulled back in a ponytail - just so happens to ask her cashier (out loud) “she wants THREE SALADS, and all those dressings?” Cashier responds back saying yes and explains why and again (out loud) she proceeds with an attitude, rolls her eyes and says WHAT OMG WHYY” - I don’t ever go out of my way to write reviews but they need to get their employees in line and learn proper hospitality.The Cashier on the other hand was very polite and and had no issue with entering my three separate orders. Maybe they girl in the back can learn from her!

Aussie Grill at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great option for quality food when you are on the move and need something delicious. I like the option of having a fast food version of Outback available and everything on the menu is flavorful and good. I have enjoyed all of the orders I have had from here.
