Worst experience ever. First I ordered a dbl cheese burger meal with a choco shake, corndogs, and chilli dog. Got my order and I was missing the chilli dog and corn dogs so we had to go back and reorder everything so we could enjoy our meal together. Now they say they shut the grill off so they can't make any burgers 8:30 on Saturday...... ok so I replaced it with a chicken sandwich and after all of that I'm still missing the chilli cheese hot dog.... I grew up eating a & w and remembered it was always good but I think after this experience I won't be going back. It's a shame

This is the 3rd A&W I've visited my whole life. 1st was in Alberta Canada's airport while I was working in the airport for a week as a contractor, Second was in Maryland and that was the best one. 3rd was the one in North Tampa and they were not only SUPREMELY SLOW and didn't know how to count change from a $20bill, but no straws, all the garbages inside were turned backwards, the bathroom was backed up with another person's remains and it took 18 minutes exactly to just get two small chicken sliders. I had to walk to the TacoBell next door so I could wash my hands
Parking: Parking wad as required and normally for a facility like that.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were Ramps and easily accessible to the needs of anyone wanting to eat.

Have been there numerous times and never had a bad experience yesterday July 9th 2023 was a nightmare they were not open at 11am forcing us to go some else to eat when we came back around 12:30 pm to at least get our rootbeer floats the girl behind the counter was clueless when we asked for our floats in a frosted mug she had a deer in the headlite look asked numerous times and explained to hernumerous times what we wanted and even told here where the frosted mugs where asked to speak to the manager she talked to a guy at the drive thru window she came back still no clue on what to she whated to put them in a to go wax paper cups then guy in the drive thru tells her they can't do frosted mugs gets better asked to purchase a 2023 mug again the deer in the head light look again I informed her where they kept the mugs never seen the manager Ibelieve the women walking round was the manager have never experienced anything like this coming from a family that owned a A&W in Illinois for over 30 years this would have been totally unacceptable I was so embarrassed to bring my grandson their it's totally ridiculous we walked out totally disgusted

This place is "OK" at best. Fast service and mediocre customer service. The food is mid and expensive for what it is. Not to mention since its two restaurants in one, they use the same oil so my fries tasted like fish.

Crystal & Tony were so welcoming and helpful during my time inside the restaurant on the night of 3/17! Definitely recommend the food here as well, it highly exceeded expectations as it was hot and fresh too! 10/10 experience

Complete disaster of a staff. Messed up my order so I went inside where they decided to charge me extra money and accuse me of lying.
