My husband and I celebrated both our birthdays at Azure, and it was fabulous! We were seated on a private terrace with views of Channelside, the Arena, and the river. The food was wonderful. Everything had fantastic flavor! The cocktails were delicious too! We had the chili hummus, tuna tartare, filet kabobs, and the lamb meatballs. After our meal, we were surprised with a yummy birthday dessert from our server. It was an absolutely beautiful way to spend the evening celebrating our birthdays on a date night! Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!!!!

Service was extremely poor. Had to ask server to clear menus and plates. Asked for multiple items throughout the service like napkins and food items that should have come with our food order. Tried to bill us for espresso martinis which we sent back because they were prepared incorrectly.

Brunch was very underwhelming. The food was okay, but not something I’d order again or go back to . The fried chicken and Greek fries were delicious though as was the espresso martini (a real glass would’ve been nice not a plastic martini glass… I understand if you’re sitting by the pool you want to give them plastic but it’s very clear we were not there for the pool)
I also was very confused that by sitting outside we were charged a 20% pool bar service charge. We were given the option to sit inside or outside so since the weather was nice, we opted for outside. If I knew by making that choice, I was gonna get a 20% surcharge I would’ve just sat inside.
Honestly, I’ve had better at other places with no random service charges to sit outside. It cost us over $200 for 3 people with the service charge, 2 alcoholic drinks in plastic cups, 2 waters, coffee, 3 small meals, and 2 sides.
For the amount of money they are charging I expected much better.

We are staying at the hotel this weekend and had a wonderful meal here — nothing about the Tampa Edition is your average “I'm too lazy to leave the property” kind of places to eat — they are all top choices in the city for both hotel guests and locals — from breakfast at The Market to Azure to the Punch Room and the pool side menu - it's all been delicious and a great experience overall- amazing service !! Bravo

We had an amazing experience at Azure at The Edition! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We sat outside on the patio with gorgeous views of Water Street, which made the whole evening even better. The service was attentive and friendly, and everything came out perfectly timed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining spot in downtown Tampa!

Wait time for food is extremely long. The food is amazing. However communicating with the restaurant is a headache and not worth it. They don't answer open table, calls, or keep their word.
