Enjoyed my first visit - conveniently located near the zoo. Quick service and clean atmosphere. Little pricey for counter service and vegan broth was too salty but I will return if i am in the area to try more dishes.

10/4/25 update: the seasonal menu is getting better and better. Fall Ramen is so satisfying. Roasted corn and pumpkin with the roasted garlic chips. Exactly what I needed.

Also, simple and obvious as it may seem, your addition of herbs and veg in your noodle dishes is super fun and unique. No one else comes close in the Tampa/seminole heights area. That red curry is so fire! Love it!

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are quite friendly. There are also many pleasant customers dining here.
The fresh spring rolls were our tastiest item. The oxtail in our pho was also quite tasty.
The noodles, however, were not quite right; they may have been over cooked; the texture was mushy and a bit grainy. Our bean sprouts were brown and definitely past their due date.
The curry mussels were bitter and over salted.
The banh mi bread was delightfully flaky. It was not a spectacular sandwich, but it was fine.
Overall, in my opinion, the atmosphere and friendly staff are this restaurant’s greatest attributes.
We did not try many of the menu items. Perhaps there’s a hidden gem?

So glad to have found this place. Reminded me of a spot in Portland, OR called Bambuza. Been missing it ever since I left back in 2020. This place is just as good - if not better. Plenty of plant-based options too! Quick service, staff was welcoming and in good spirits, and food was tasty. Can't wait to go back!

Though a goofy name, we left feeling the opposite of Bamboozled as the meals we had were delicious and a great overall experience.
The thing I will come back for is the mangonada smoothie- the mix of the salty from the tajin with the tart fruity mango was fabulous. I got a bowl that was almost a Vietnamese version of a salad and it was so refreshing. We also thought the broth from the pho was wonderful, it tasted a little different from other pho I have tried. Not sure the difference but this stood out in the best way.

Unbelievably rude person working today! Definitely not customer focused. Maybe the owner is reading this and can do something about this because it will hurt your customer service going forward. I asked for a salad with the salad dressing on the side and was given a hard time about it and said that they would just do it this one time. I don’t want dressing on my salad because I’m not eating it until tomorrow, what’s wrong with that? Get some better customer service.
