One of the waiters took my cigar which was not lit and threw it in the garbage. The manager told me it was lit before, so he threw it out. I told him that I was asked by another waiter to put it out and I did. So, the mean waiter brought me the check in a little cigar box, go figure, they use cigar boxes to deliver the check because it's ybor city. He mouthed off to me so I told the manager that I am not leaving a tip because of the savage behavior. So, the manager threw me and my fiance out of the restaurant. She was shocked and cried all night. I am a disabled army vet. and this is how I am treated. Why, because I walked in with a lit cigar.

Sometimes you wanna just stand on a rooftop and scream “this place has the best burger that I have ever eaten. “. And honestly, the Barterhouse burger, that you can only get at the bar, is a top one or two burger that I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of burgers!This burger is so simple, yet so flavorful, double smash patty burger on the most perfect bun, with special sauce, cheese, and some pickles. If you just look at the picture, it radiates like it’s a holy food I can’t give you higher recommendations.

Every time I come here the service is spectacular. I can’t think of anywhere else where staff is so expressive and hands on. Peaches tonight exceeded my expectations. Just when I thought barterhouse could not get better? It did! I have never been a margarita girl - since barterhouse I am now! Let the bartenders make you a drink catered to your taste. You won’t regret it. And the food is always amazing ?

First time visitors to Barterhouse and we will definitely be back! Our server Peaches was fantastic and gave us a tour of the new - not yet opened - bar next door. The drinks were delicious and the food even better. We had the Brussels app to share and they were some of the best Brussels I’ve ever had. My Cacio de Pepe was very good and definitely add the shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the braised ribs with risotto and she said it was also amazing.
