Came to get ice cream at 8 pm on a Friday and couldn't get ice cream as they already put the ice cream up at an ice cream shop. They didn't close until 9 pm.

Dirty disgusting store. 2 employees working, a few cars in drive-thru, no one in the lobby. We wait over 5 minutes to order ice cream. Employees had jo interest in customer service or cleanliness. This store will close soon.

I went in the store and stood by the ice cream for a few minutes. Employees walked by me with no recognition. I finally walked over to the other side and asked if I could get some help. The two girls giggling and vaping at the counter told me they were all too busy and I could wait and see if they get time to help me. I left. I would recommend you go 2 min to the next place.

EVERY time I have come here there's an issue. Today I come at 845 and he says they're closed. 2nd time they've done that to me. Door says 9pm. Google 9pm. Dunkin app 9pm. But the foreigner doesn't want to work.Other times I order a drink and they say oh we don't have that right now. I'm very picky so I'm talking simple drinks. Tried another nope. Nope. Nope. What a pathetic excuse of a Dunkin and embarrassment to the brand.

These 2 young man that took care of me on this Sept 26th 23 did not recognize me and treated me with such kindness.......thank you ILL REMEMBER YOUR SWEET WORDS....feeling much better after the shake and the love BASKIN ROBBINS you have the best employees
I ordered a strawberry milkshake from this location. There was barely any strawberry flavor and there was a sour taste to it similar to when milk is out dated and spoiled. I left a review using info from my receipt and the company’s customer service said the store manager would contact me but he (or she) never did. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I don’t recommend purchasing milkshakes from this location.

Worst ever!! Customer service was awful. No basic etiquettes. Shop was untidy. Staff had an awkward behavior and was out of control. I don't recommend this Branch to anyone.

Friday, 7/8/22... the employees were sitting on the counters and ignored my father whom had my 2 girls. The employees begrudgingly finally made it to them and had no sense of wanting to provide service. My father finally decided to leave and my daughter turned to look back and they made an aggressive action as if they wanted to come at her and hit her. My daughter was clearly upset and we will not be visiting this or any Baskin Robbins again... there is a reason they have fallen off the map as premiere ice cream place..
