I went in the store and stood by the ice cream for a few minutes. Employees walked by me with no recognition. I finally walked over to the other side and asked if I could get some help. The two girls giggling and vaping at the counter told me they were all too busy and I could wait and see if they get time to help me. I left. I would recommend you go 2 min to the next place.

EVERY time I have come here there's an issue. Today I come at 845 and he says they're closed. 2nd time they've done that to me. Door says 9pm. Google 9pm. Dunkin app 9pm. But the foreigner doesn't want to work.Other times I order a drink and they say oh we don't have that right now. I'm very picky so I'm talking simple drinks. Tried another nope. Nope. Nope. What a pathetic excuse of a Dunkin and embarrassment to the brand.

These 2 young man that took care of me on this Sept 26th 23 did not recognize me and treated me with such kindness.......thank you ILL REMEMBER YOUR SWEET WORDS....feeling much better after the shake and the love BASKIN ROBBINS you have the best employees

I ordered a strawberry milkshake from this location. There was barely any strawberry flavor and there was a sour taste to it similar to when milk is out dated and spoiled. I left a review using info from my receipt and the company’s customer service said the store manager would contact me but he (or she) never did. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I don’t recommend purchasing milkshakes from this location.

Worst ever!! Customer service was awful. No basic etiquettes. Shop was untidy. Staff had an awkward behavior and was out of control. I don't recommend this Branch to anyone.

Closed at 9:15 when open, lobby closed and waited forever to get help through the drive thru. Honestly just wanted a coffee.

Friday, 7/8/22... the employees were sitting on the counters and ignored my father whom had my 2 girls. The employees begrudgingly finally made it to them and had no sense of wanting to provide service. My father finally decided to leave and my daughter turned to look back and they made an aggressive action as if they wanted to come at her and hit her. My daughter was clearly upset and we will not be visiting this or any Baskin Robbins again... there is a reason they have fallen off the map as premiere ice cream place..

I pulled in the drive through for a Oreo Milkshake only to receive Cookie milk…. (At least that what it seemed like.)There was no thickness to the milkshake whatsoever.The disappointment comes in the experience when the workers makes a item, see the item is not how it should be and still serves the product to me after having me wait.Then, I make a statement asking if these are Milkshakes and that look pretty watered down. The server replied yes. The Ice cream is softer than usual. She asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, they could keep it.Why? Because that will likely be the last time they see my business.Not out of anger but pure disappointment.Don’t serve a product if you wouldn’t dare serve it to yourself.
Store was filthy. Went in at 7:30 p.m. after dinner elsewhere for a sweet treat. They didn't have chocolate ice cream, we ordered vanilla. Then found out they didn't have hot fudge even though there's a hot fudge container behind the counter. The ice cream freezer had so much condensation you couldn't see what ice creams were there and they weren't labeled. All of the containers for ice cream cones were tipped Helter skelter everywhere. We won't be back. This is a Baskin-Robbins that share space with Dunkin' Donuts. We won't be coming to Dunkin either. Well we ate our ice cream the two young men who were staffing the restaurant came out in the parking lot and started yelling at somebody and a car. Very odd.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The store was under maintained. The ice cream freezer had ice on the outside. The icecream flavors were all mixed up. The employees weren't helpful instead just laughing at everything. Wouldn't go here if I were you

No thanks!!! This place is very disorganized and uncaring. Employees just stood there and talked instead of greeting us. We were finally greeted by a young girl that had no customer service training whats so ever. I asked for a vanilla waffle cone and boyfriend wanted a small strawberry shake and he was told that they couldn't make him one because the strawberry had glass in it. So he was offered strawberry ice cream from a pint. I asked the young girl if my ice cream was fine and she said yes there was nothing wrong with it. Well no it's wasn't fine there was glass in my ice cream. Called them about 5 time and no answer so we drove back and the girl could only say "mmmhhmmm yeah I'll have them check the ice cream" I told her I didn't want a little kid to choke on glass she really didn't care. Don't take your kids or yourself there!!!!
