we visited the location at 5227 Ehlich Road. The location shares a store with Dunkin’ donuts. We were never greeted by the guy. Only 1 case had ice cream cartons, the one with the cartons was mislabeled. We walked out, would think the owner might be concerned about the lack of product and who wants to be treated like this. Building was dirty and many exterior lights were out
I was in Tampa from out of town and decided I would have a treat of coffee and donuts for my family. I went into the donut shop on Cross Creek Blvd. The young girl who took my order put all the donuts I ordered in a bag with the glazed donuts thrown in with the chocolate covered. I looked into the bag when she handed it to me, it was a complete mess. Normally I do not complain but I said to myself no this is not acceptable you,paid for this! So, I asked her for fresh ones and if she could put them in a box so they would not get ruined. She said no and told me she would put them in separate bags I said what about that box she said what a dozen donut box for 4 donuts? I then asked if she had a smaller box she said NO and just looked at me. I calmly and politely told her to just forget it. I took my large hot coffee and bag of mushed donuts and left. When I got to my car I discovered she had not securely put the top on the coffee when the top fell off. I know there is no such thing as customer service anymore so this is not a surprise. I guess this is my last visit to Dunkin Donuts for good!
How is it possible in this day and age of technology that you can’t return people’s money when you cannot fulfill an order. I placed an order online which couldn’t be fulfilled and the manager could only give me a voucher with a promise to fulfill my order at a later date. I should read the reviews before ordering. Never again.

This place disappoints on a consistent basis. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Maybe I’m even dumber to keep coming back. I stopped in to get a Sunday and they were out of vanilla ice cream. How can you run out of vanilla ice cream in an ice cream store? The employee had an attitude and Genuinely seemed like this was the last place on earth he wanted to be. When I ask how he could run out of vanilla ice cream he said it’s the owners fault.

The person taking the orders is very hard to understand. I ordered hash browns and they were burnt. They put them at the bottom of the bag underneath coffee rolls dripping with icing. Then they acted surprised when I asked for another. it went because there wa nothing else around I will never waste my money there again

Several times I have pre-ordered and paid for items then told that they were out of stock and given some other item, that I did not want. I have asked for refunds but never received anything. I tried using the app for a refund and that got me no where also. Horrible service. Also one time I got an iced coffee that tasted like Orange Juice. So either the milk was super expired or there was a problem with the coffee maker.
Do not go here. Absolutely Horrible. Staff sucks and they always are out of something. How this place is still in business is beyond my comprehension. STAY AWAY!!!!

Complements for Ricky agrees Cosmo with a smile in his ways, and with a common effect in stores to provide excellent customer service while accommodating all customers in a timely manner thank you for hiring a gentleman light Ricky he is an essential piece to your ice cream parlor he’s a keeper and we all like him as customers
Missing flavors, I asked for sprinkles and the worker basically did not know how put sprinkles on a cone. No receipt as register was out of paper. No attempt to add paper. Trash overflowing. Management needs to train better

I order a cappuccino blast on a daily basis. This is the most disgusting drink I have ever received. It is hit or miss at this store, half the time they can’t even make it. But this ends it for me. I can’t support a store that can’t get it together.

I always have a very nice experience here!The two young gentlemen that work there are always polite and patient! They provide excellent customer service everytime! Plus, the ice cream is always SO good!! Thanks guys!
