How is it possible in this day and age of technology that you can’t return people’s money when you cannot fulfill an order. I placed an order online which couldn’t be fulfilled and the manager could only give me a voucher with a promise to fulfill my order at a later date. I should read the reviews before ordering. Never again.

This place disappoints on a consistent basis. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Maybe I’m even dumber to keep coming back. I stopped in to get a Sunday and they were out of vanilla ice cream. How can you run out of vanilla ice cream in an ice cream store? The employee had an attitude and Genuinely seemed like this was the last place on earth he wanted to be. When I ask how he could run out of vanilla ice cream he said it’s the owners fault.

Partially my fault for giving this location so many chances. It is on my way to work so out of pure convenience I sometimes stop by. Several times I have pre-ordered and paid for items then told that they were out of stock and given some other item, that I did not want. I have asked for refunds but never received anything. I tried using the app for a refund and that got me no where also. Horrible service. Also one time I got an iced coffee that tasted like Orange Juice. So either the milk was super expired or there was a problem with the coffee maker.

Do not go here. Absolutely Horrible. Staff sucks and they always are out of something. How this place is still in business is beyond my comprehension. STAY AWAY!!!!

I order a cappuccino blast on a daily basis. This is the most disgusting drink I have ever received. It is hit or miss at this store, half the time they can’t even make it. But this ends it for me. I can’t support a store that can’t get it together.

Don’t have your hours online say you close at 10PM when you’re gonna close your doors at 9PM. I drove 30 mins just to get there and have the doors be locked. NOT HAPPY.
