I made a quick breakfast run for my relatives that were in town. We all know how yummy these Donuts are. I got a dozen. 6 glazed, 2 strawberry, two chocolate, and 2 jelly-filled. They were gone in minutes. My real review is to express how beautiful the new holiday boxes are. They even have a little tag if you so happen to be gifting these to anyone. Such a lovely decorated box and great marketing

You guys should update your hours or look at what's going on because it says you close at 10:00pm and I just got to this store and it's 8:42pm and they closed the door in my face.

I went in it was pretty busy so I stayed in line for about 3 minutes I was like okay I'll just place a mobile order I went to go sit down the manager came by I guess she was speaking to me but I had my earphones in she pushes the door open and walks outside to deliver food to a customer she walks back in and I see her to my left so I look up pull my earphone out and she said you don't have to be a dick and ignore me I look up and said what did you say she said you can leave the store I said gladly

Never had a problem with simple iced coffees in the drive through, but when I placed a dozen donut order for pick up with specific donuts in it for specific people they didn't have it which is understandable but automatically replaced them with other donuts. I asked for a refund for the 3 donuts that weren't correct and told them feel free to take back the 3 donuts too.... you would have thought I was asking her for $1 million with how confused and unwilling she was to do that. Ultimately after going back-and-forth a few times it happened and I got my refund and they took back the other three donuts that were not part of my order. But the whole experience was frustrating. I also tried to avoid this whole situation by calling multiple times before I went to the store to ensure they had the specific donuts but the phone line didn't connect and nobody answered at least five times that I called so this whole thing could've been avoided. I let them know and they're fully aware the phones don't work which is not acceptable for a business.

Poor customer service. Poor selection of ice cream. Not even a simple chocolate flavor. Definitely not all the baskin Robbin flavors. No malts on the menu. Tried ordering a milkshake and was told “we can’t do those today.” Then she proceeded to close the doors ten minutes later while we sat outside and she made herself or maybe somebody in the drive thru a milkshake. So I ordered an ice cream cone and to no surprise, she gave very small scoops to my entire family.

Lots of nice things to say about this place, especially the staff. I found them quite a delight. Very helpful and patient when my kid made a confusing order by asking for some weird thing on the menu. Restaurant was clean and inviting. It looked like they had lots of empty space where other flavors of ice cream should go or something. Hope they get their supply back up.

Terrible the freeze is broken so all they have are eight options of ice cream LOL so don't go there with expecting more than that many options LOL

The coffee was amazing but I ordered a coffee cake muffin this AM and I could have killed someone with it, it was so hard. Never have seen anything like it....it wasn't just the top. I tried to break in to the bottom and it is solid! Lol

This is the most efficient Dunkin I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Maybe because they are college kids, but the workers here are so dang friendly. The young man I encountered had playful banter that was so unexpected that it made my afternoon. Compared to the hot mess that is the location in West Tampa Armenia/Tampa Bay Blvd, this place is golden.

This Dunkin' location on East Fowler Avenue in Tampa is a well managed Dunkin' location that makes everything delicious and easy to get. I really like the location and convenience of making orders here. The staff here is efficient and friendly.
