This location needs to get new and respectful employees. The attitudes are horrible.

I came at 8:51 on 5/10/25 to get a chocolate milkshake the employee gave me a nasty attitude saying she isn’t opening up the ice cream because she closes at 10 and was by herself. This place is short staffed and i came over an hour before closing it was unacceptable

I ordered a chocolate milkshake through DoorDash , and one of those 24 ribbon thingies ! Never got the ribbon ice cream and the chocolate milkshake was like chocolate milk , all milk , there was like chocolate powder accumulating on the side of the cup and the bottom like if they put some chocolate powder !

This is not the first time this has happened. Here is the latest. I ordered a milkshake at the E. Hillsborough Ave location through Doordash. Driver arrived about 8PM and found the store closed, although the order was accepted. The store posts its hours as closing at 10PM and this was a Friday night. As I said, this incident is NOT a one-off.

Went at 8:50 and they don't close till 10pm but the workers saw us in the drive thru but decided to laugh instead of helping. They deserve to be fire for being such lazy bums.

Horrible custermer service, are you mad because you work here just resign and look for something you like. I stop for a mangonada and the girl told me we DONT do that here, mind you its in the MENU. Ok.. I asked for a chocolate chip Sunday with extra almonds and whipped cream… they give me the Sunday wrong, no almonds, no whipped cream and it wasn’t chocolate chip. And they tell me they don’t have almonds…. Ok if you guys don’t have anything just close down this location. Or get people that has the motivation to work!

Be aware there is not the full 31 flavors at this location, as it is a shared location with Dunkin donuts. They still have great ice cream, and many of the favorite flavors, Rainbow sherbet, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (as examples). Unfortunately when we visited they didn't have any more waffle cones...

I would like the district mangers number to this location they are rude sat at driveway 10 minutes before being acknowledged then when I gave them my order they didn’t even listen then got mad when I yelled at them that the customer service was poor when I called they wouldn’t give me managers name this place is ran by children and all staff needs to be REPLACED .. I would give them 0 stars
Employees weren't very friendly or attentive to us. Seemed upset that we ordered 3 cappuccino blasts and a bagel. All 4 employees stood down there making the drinks and forgot about the bagel. Then didn't toast the bagel.

Very bad customer service, placed closed at 9pm and I went to drive through at 830pm 30mins before closed, and they tell me emergency shutdown totally unacceptable. To me it sounds like you got people working there that are lazy and don't appreciate a paycheck
