Zero stars is the most accurate rating for this shop. The ice cream presentation is terrible: Temperature issues- ice cream goes to high temperatures and then low temperature which make it look horrible. When we went there the temperature was high meaning the texture was soft and the server could not get to do the scoop right. Hence, we ended having tiny $5 low quality ice cream scoops. We asked about one ice cream without a lable and they had no idea what it was. I don’t understand why people spend thousands and millions of $$ in a franchise to make it a failure. The only places where I have seen BR franchise operating the right way are in Puerto Rico and South Korea. This use to be America’s #1 ice cream shops, today it is the most shameful one.

It’s very good service an people that work there the girl named Kayla an the guy with locks are very nice an respectful an give you your food happily an fast but the manager with glasses and is short an does surveys of people saying that the ice cream is the best they ever had it’s true the ice cream is very good but he gives out stale cones an small proportions of ice cream the ice cream is expensive so atleast give a good portion but other then that the service is top tier an the place is clean.

Listen to the bad reviews - Apparently they only serve coffee after 9pm even though they close at 10? And employees do not seem to care whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere else lol

The most garbage branch of all baskin! The employee is very very rude. The most awful staff ever! The quality of the food is terrible. Overall, this branch is the worst and you’ll regret by going there.

Didn't have any ice cream flavors that I asked for. I wanted the holiday cocoa but they didn't have it. I asked if they have any holiday flavors but they said no. I asked for an oreo cappuccino but they said they don't have any oreo of any kind. I asked for cookie dough but they didn't have enough left. So I ended up just leaving.

Duo brand with Dunkin Donuts, we were able to buy donuts and milkshakes. The staff is very nice and friendly. The girls let us take our time and they were super smiling and friendly.
I went thur the drive thur I payed for 3 scoops sundae I received looks live two scoops and the hot fudge way on one side stated eat it and there was a pic of paper in it so nasty
