Didn't have any ice cream flavors that I asked for. I wanted the holiday cocoa but they didn't have it. I asked if they have any holiday flavors but they said no. I asked for an oreo cappuccino but they said they don't have any oreo of any kind. I asked for cookie dough but they didn't have enough left. So I ended up just leaving.

Duo brand with Dunkin Donuts, we were able to buy donuts and milkshakes. The staff is very nice and friendly. The girls let us take our time and they were super smiling and friendly.

I went thur the drive thur I payed for 3 scoops sundae I received looks live two scoops and the hot fudge way on one side stated eat it and there was a pic of paper in it so nasty

It says it's 24 hours but I'm here at 10:30 and all the lights are off and something's blocking the drive-thru... Thanks for keeping your customers updated on your hours

WOW! Complete garbage show. Ordered Uber eats. When driver arrived, was told they didn't have flavors and put BR employee on phone. I told the BR employee that was fine and changed to a flavor they had. She then told me they do not have to-go containers. When I asked how they cannot have to-go containers and do Ubers Eats - she said it wasn't up to her. I then told her that I don't care what type of container, she offered for me to speak to a manager. When I agreed to speak to a manager, she said they went home and that the store does not have a manager on duty in the afternoons....
