I haven't had BR in years. Thought we would give it a try. Ordered 2 milkshakes. They didn't have one of the flavors, fine, picked a substitute. This was the worst milkshake I have ever had. It was liquid, absolutely no solid consistency whatsoever. Its not that it melted. It came in liquid form. Spent 15 dollars only to throw them both out completely full. Spend the extra couple of bucks and go to a real ice cream shop. Nasty 🤢

We spent almost an hour waiting for 2 milkshakes and a scoop of ice cream. They forgot what we had ordered twice and had to present our recipes to remind them. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back

I’m extremely disappointed with Baskin Robbins. I had pre-ordered a cake well in advance for a birthday celebration, but when I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t have it ready. Not only was there no cake, but the staff didn’t seem to care at all. There was zero accountability or attempt to fix the situation. This completely ruined the celebration. If you can’t deliver on something as basic as having a cake ready on time, it’s hard to trust you for special occasions. Would not recommend relying on Baskin Robbins for any important event.

We walked up at 8:58 pm to order ice cream and an employee greeted us at the door only to tell us they were about to close up. The sign on the door and marquis indicated they were open until 10 pm. We said we would take it to go and we were still declined service.
