I went to this location for ice cream I settled for what ever flavor they did have, bought a pint of strawberry very very and a scoop of almond fudge, they processed to charge me for 10 munchkins and 5 munchkins plus a scoop , because they have no idea how to charge for the pint properly, trained people so we don't get scam unbelievable, never again

I asked for 2 waffle bowls and they only had one. the girl Stephanie charged me for 2 and she gave me attitude when I brought it up and told me I was wrong. there's a reason this baskin robins has 2 stars. I don't recommend going here. you should never be rude to customers. especially when I was being nice about it.

They were awesome! The waffle cones were soggy so the young lady made new ones for us!!! How cool is that! So kind of her to go out of the way for customers! Excellent cones and extremely great service!

I’ve been to 3 different baskin robbins for a mangonada and they never have the things to do it! You guys should stop advertising it if you’re not gonna buy the supplies to make one!!!

I had a bad customer service experience last year at this place and made a complaint with a regional manager. Today, hoping things will be different, it was worse than the previous one. So maybe Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins wants to keep this store as the bad example one? ? Or maybe the hiring manager doesn't know how to do his job? ?
