Very bad service at that location. Every year I order cake for thanksgiving here and second year in a row there is a problem with the order. I am waiting for 40 min so they can bring cake to this location, I already paid for it over $60. Manager is not even in the store, they call her on her cell to help. Crazy!

I feel sorry for the Baskin Robbins owners. I used to love Baskin-Robbins, The problem is now the ice cream or coffee or food. The problems are the employees they are lazy. They don’t work and they have bad attitude. They don’t want to get the job done.

The food service industry is a challenge these days and I take no pleasure in highlighting failure, but unfortunately this establishment is as bad as other reviews here indicate. The service is beyond terrible. The cleanliness of the establishment is well below par. Somebody somewhere owns this business and it's disheartening to see they have absolutely no pride in running it.

I'm traveling and made the mistake of coming here. They had almost no variety in the ice cream case. A bunch of duplicate flavors. And the signs were all wrong. There was only one person working and that was for dunkin and br. We got ice cream but it wasn't what we actually wanted and there was other ice creams mixed into my ice cream. Very disappointing experience.

Went on a Saturday it says they close at 10am… we’ll here i pass by at 8:25 and these girls had everything closed up and had their clubbing clothes on, wth. I got the video to attach it

No restroom open to wash your hands before eating. How is that possible ??? Is so terrible. The workers just said they don’t have the key. Is that or they are so lazy that don’t want to clean? Plus the machines are broken. Disgusting store

No vanilla, no chocolate, no strawberry, no sprinkles, no heath, no whip cream, no manager, lol. The young lady who took my call, was pleasant, however, embarrassed to tell me what she did not have. Yikes!

I don't like to pick orders from this particular place because everytime I go there is a waste of time , never have the flavors requested .
They say they close at 11 but they were closed by the time we got there very inconvenient and a waste of time of riding to this location
