The store is bright and clean. The staff was wonderful helpful and very kind. I did not give 5 stars because the cake I ordered was underwhelming. The cakes are very small and the scoops were a bit wonky. It isn’t ice cream sandwiches on the cake but Oreos filled with ice cream. All around I think the store itself is nice and so are the employees but the cakes the company offers aren’t worth $50 they’re too small/short.

Very busy. Girl and guy working. Said, "Well be right with you" One rude customer walked in and started cussing at the guy. Associate handled it well. Baskin Robbins... you should be proud of those kids working today. Great place

Huge ice cream fiend here love baskin robbins for the mid afternoon cravingDefinitely come in during the evening shift, staff is better. Guy during the morning answered his phone while talking to me.
