This is solely a review on “Jackie’s”poor management, I went today through the drive-thru and had an order for 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, 1 hashbrown, 35 munchkins and 2 whole donuts. While ordering there was no issue until the manager decided to step in and ask how many donuts we wanted and a ver nasty tone. We repeated and went to the drive-thru. At the window we are told our order wasn’t showing up. The poor employee then tries to help and takes the order again and repeats multiple times that he is sorry and that most if not all of them are new. The “manager” walks by and rudely asks him “yall gonna take these people’s order when you have car behind?!” And then left them, not once offering her staff help or guidance, just a nasty attitude. Another employee walks to the window and takes control of the situation and simply tells us to move further up and they would have our remaining drinks and food ready. We were waiting for too long, around 4 cars/orders behind us were already leaving, we decide to get down only to find another mess inside. The lady who took control of the situation tried her best to give us all our purchased items. Meanwhile Jackie, the “manager” is nowhere to be found but you can hear her agitating voice in the back. Jackie really needs to take some training on how to manage and do her job.

P.S nothing against the staff, they can’t do much when the manager is lacking common sense and has poor managerial skills.

They made a beautiful cake for my son's birthday. The manager was very kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Very bad experience. The dude was talking on the phone the whole time and didn't care about us at all. He charged extra for almonds and cherries that were supposed to be included, and there were no toppings.

Just placed and order with this company through Ubereats. Didn't have any of the available items I ordered except liquids which was only 8 to 9 dollars of my order of 29 and I when I cancelled. This restaurant gets the total amount I paid and I get nothing in return. A swift kick in the @$$, saying thanks for your money chump. Previous sentence is an interpretation. I basically got scammed for 30 dollars of my own money for no work done. I'm going to be reporting this to the better business bureau because what just happened is completely unethical. On top of all this, I had to waste an hour to 2 hours of my own time trying to get my money back for no service and an unkindly experience. Do not order from here. They don't care and just want your money for free.

Ordered banana split via door dash. 45 min after I order, 30 min after my dasher has been waiting he messages me that they don’t have bananas, don’t have marshmallow, and don’t have cookie dough or cookies and cream ice cream. What ice cream business runs out of 80% of the items I ordered? Unbelievable, ridiculous, sad. 1 hour after placing order on door dash my dasher is still waiting to pick up order. How long does it take to make a sundae? Horrible. Been waiting for my order, now telling me there’s only 2 people working there and I won’t be getting my order smfh

This place is the worst. They don’t answer their phone so you can check that items are in stock before ordering, and they don’t allow substitutions. So buyer beware if you’re trying to order a polar pizza for anyone special!
