Ordered banana split via door dash. 45 min after I order, 30 min after my dasher has been waiting he messages me that they don’t have bananas, don’t have marshmallow, and don’t have cookie dough or cookies and cream ice cream. What ice cream business runs out of 80% of the items I ordered? Unbelievable, ridiculous, sad. 1 hour after placing order on door dash my dasher is still waiting to pick up order. How long does it take to make a sundae? Horrible. Been waiting for my order, now telling me there’s only 2 people working there and I won’t be getting my order smfh

I have come to this Baskin-Robbins multiple times -every time being let down and today was finally the last time. I went in for a basic flavor; chocolate peanut butter. They don't have it then I tried chocolate chip mint they don't have it then I tried cookies and cream they don't have it. This is not the first time they don't have basic flavors. I will not be coming back to this location VERY poorly stocked flavors -often..

This place is the worst. They don’t answer their phone so you can check that items are in stock before ordering, and they don’t allow substitutions. So buyer beware if you’re trying to order a polar pizza for anyone special!

They won't answer the phone and when they finally do, they hang up on you! Unprofessional! Worried about a birthday order!Arrive at the store and order not ready. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. I ordered the DIY sundae kit. Was supposed to be so special. What I ended up with was disappointing. I was embarrassed when it was opened.Not all items were available from my order so substitutions were made. No sundae cups given, no utensils, no napkins, hot fudge was not hot and a glob of old mush! Could not be reheated. One quart of ice cream wasn't even full.Manager hiding in the back and never came out to apologize or take responsibility. The store is a disaster.Never again.

Service was super friendly. Location was clean. All flavors in stock. We got chocolate and mint chocolate chip cones. They didn't have the matcha donut in stock, but the lady made it on requestThat being said, I definitely do not recommend them for cake orders. I tried to order one 3 times. 2 of the 3 times the cake wasn't there, even after I had confirmed it 2 days before pick up. The manager gave me a different ready made cake in the freezer, so I had something for the event, but it wasn't ideal. One time, the name was spelled wrong, and I was asked to go to publix to ask them to fix it.

Crew at the Baskin Robbins on Ehrlich Rd is friendly, fast and so helpful. I took my son there for a treat after his flag football game and they were awesome! Donuts were fres and ice cream served up with smiles, despite ordering ice cream at 10 a.m.!

Try to avoid this place. The labels on the ice cream flavors were all wrong. You had to ask what flavor each bin of ice cream was. They also were out of many things including waffle cones, mangonadas, and spoons. How can you be an ice cream place and not have spoons.
