Definitely deserves more stars!! The beer selection is stellar! Wish it was closer to my house… other fellow brewers take note. Go outside the box and make good different types and styles of beer!!! Purple beer and watermelon beer- really delicious!!!

Walked here from central ybor on a whim- bit of a trek but 100% worth it. Really good beer- very, very good and super varied - and a friendly, knowledgeable, and endearingly smooth headed barman - also head brewer, I guess. Fun locals, 4 legged and 2, and a good vibe with people who clearly care about beer, but also see the value of prune juice as a healthsome alternative. Add this on to a visit to ybor and you won't be sorry.

It's a bit confusing to find, but well worth it! The establishment is friendly, comfortable, and a fun place to go.

This diverse brewery has a wide selection of beers and ciders often inspired by traditions of other countries and cultures. Their beer emphasizes local, fresh, and high quality.

We started with the Luxurious Textiles Hazy IPA. This beer was packed with fruity notes of orange, melon, and pear.

And then we tried the Obelisk American IPA. This has notes of orange peel, lemon zest followed by a balanced slightly floral hop bitterness and a light malt.

Khopesh Belgium Tripel to finish. It starts with soft grainy that round out to fruity esters. The finish is a peppery spicy note. A very delightful beer.

The name Bastet is from Ancient Egypt society and how beer saved and changed the world. You have to read it on their website. It's very interesting.

We met the co-founder and brewer, Huston, as he was bartending. Great guy. Made us feel comfortable, and he was happy to talk about Bastet's beers and ciders.

This is an amazing local brewery that should get so much more attention. It's not on the main strip of Ybor, so it's a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. The brews are always incredible, the flavors are mind-blowing, and it's clear that the owners love what they do and put a lot of passion into the products they create. Tom and Huston are super friendly and always happy to chat with us, and it's always a delight when Baloo is around, too. All-in-all, a MILLION stars for Bastet Brewing.

We went for our first time today and this just became one of my favorite breweries. The beer is delicious (some of the best sours I've had in years), the place has great ambience, and Tom and Houston, the owners, are absolutely lovely. We'll definitely be back.

Stopped in for an interview with Tom and Huston for The BrewsLine Roadshow Podcast. These guys are great hosts and make some amazing brews. A Tampa gem.

Great variety of tasty brews. Friendly staff. Good selection of to go beers. Love the smaller sized cans for to go.

Phenomenal, well crafted beers. Can't decide what to try? Pick one, they are all good and then take home a crowler for later. Heading to Ikea? It's just down the road...swing in and grab 2 crowlers. Furniture self assembly goes best with a good beer and Bastet has no shortage of those! Fantastic place for a group get together before or after Gasparilla

Fantastic experience! Had a flight with 4 very different styles (blueberry amber, seasonal ale, field beer, and IPA) and was very pleased with every one of them. The Ube Dube Do was my personal favorite with an amazing purple coloring to the brew and a delightful mix of refreshing lemon, ube and vanilla flavors. Cherry on top was a great conversation with the owner, super personable. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend a visit to Bastet!

Very good beer and the owner is super nice. They’ve also got a cute brewery pup hanging around.

Came in today for the first time with my mom and I’m over the top impressed with the delicious beers. So many fun and creative varieties of beer to enjoy and choose from on top of unique flavors. Conversations with Tom, a former brewer and owner was so kind and talkative. It was great to learn more about beer. I can’t wait to come back and meet his partner, Houston. I wish nothing but this company to flourish and grow. Because the heart and passion that goes into their beers, is there.

I am a brewery lover and this is my favorite. Huston and Tom make amazing beer! They take the formula then add a perfect amount of flavor and magic. If this brewery was closer to my house, I would be bankrupt. If you like beer, please please please give them a try. They also have to go beers if you need to grab something on your way home. cheers ?

Great place for a beer! Enjoyed my conversation with Huston. I recommend the Two Schnapps, belgian tripel , the barleywine, and Never Cassis to Amaze.
