I had been looking for great Cajun seafood. Visited this place and have gotten addicted to the crawfish dinner. O my the rice was amazing delicious and roux was speechless. I don’t even like to frequent food trucks but this place is special and I drive across town in Tampa traffic when I can to get good dinner. Quantity is enough for leftovers so I feel well worth the prices. Looking forward to the next meal! Thanks Alexis for sharing your skills and recipes.

That red beans and rice is fire!!! So much flavor. The Beignet...The Beignet! Do yourself a favor and get 2 because one is not enough. You are going to want to get another one after you finish eating the first one.

This place was amazing. We came here for the beignets but everything was so good. It’s adjacent to a brewery, so you can get a beer and sit outside while you wait for your food. We had the gumbo, etouffe, tacos, and beignets, and everything was delicious. We’ll be back.

My love of Cajun food is epic. As was my journey to finally try the food on this truck. When my gut told me to stop I persisted because not knowing would drive me nuts. Should have listened to my gut. Worst parts, hair in the food, burnt food, tiny servings, canned seafood and unauthentic. It wasn't until my 3rd attempt enduring rush hour cross town traffic that I finally found the truck open for business. First trip, closed due to family emergency, 2nd trip I left after 40 minutes cause no one showed up at the truck and brewery server said she was unreliable. 3rd trip and I finally got some food but it was a huge disappointment and very costly. Every dish had a huge mound of rice leaving very little space for the entree. Red Beans and Rice. This dish had a burnt aroma as soon as I opened the container. A slice of sausage burnt on one side confirmed that the beans burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan and was salvaged to be served. As a cook, I know that smell. Seafood Gumbo. Dish was a farce, tiny shrimp I have only ever seen from a can. No other visible seafood but the tell-tell signs of crab because I was picking crab cartilage out of my mouth. The flavor was not very good, I make it better in my sleep. The Crawfish Etouffee had the best flavor of all but I had to pull a black hair out of my mouth. Disgusting, that's what hair nets are for. The Beignets was the only dish that was excellent. $82 later, I felt disgusted, cheated and thankful for one thing. I will never have to fight cross town traffic again for this truck. I put it firmly in my past, forver!

I have missed Louisisna food since I moved to Tampa and I have not found anything close until today. This is authentic! I had the crawfish etouffee and it was delicious. I can't wait to try their other offerings!
