Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and coffee. Yes, for a little bit of milk and the coffee was very light. At these prices, let the customer Put their own milk and by providing small milk pods The bacon in my sandwich was totally fat hardly any meat on it at all. It was disgusting. I had to take it out and throw it out would never order from this company again.

My compliments to Jessica, a wonderful service provider. She was helpful, efficient, energetic, informative and knowledgeable about her products. She suggested I might like a pastry with a little less guava, since I had never tried it. She recommended a pastry with guava and cheese which was delicious. She also directed customers to find straws and spoons and condiments before they even had to ask. I was a small business owner for 40 years and I was lucky to have three or four employees like Jessica. I hope her boss appreciates her.

Croissant's and other bakery goods are super sub par. Not made out of butter. It's like an american grocery chain croissant and cinnamon roll. For $5 each you'd expect it to be palatable. #sad

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I own 2 restaurants and I would never allow my employees to talk to the customers the way this lady spoke to us. She rolled her eyes at my children and wife for simply asking how the smoothies were made. she gave us a smart answer and then said under her breath "wow" to indicate that our question was unnecessary and we were wasting her time. The fact that she stood there with disgust on her face made me quickly tell my wife "lets get out of here" i am not going to tolerate disrespect. The owner should really be more present in this business to see the level of service the employees provide. To be honest, based off the other reviews i am not surprised one bit. I would rather go elsewhere and by a drink 3 times the cost then ever return to this establishment.

I drink a lot of coffee... I mean, really a lot. So when I say this was one of the most bitter coffees I have ever had, I mean it. For a place that professes to be a "coffee and tea company", they clearly have no idea how to brew a decent coffee. I mean, dude... I'm at the airport. I really don't expect greatness, but your coffee outright sucks.

August 31,2024 was my first and last time supporting this particular due to the unprofessional behavior displayed this morning. As I looking over the menu I guess I took too long for one young lady’s liking she walked off from the register and another young lady took her place and was equally unprofessional. If I this is continuous within your company you may have a lot of first time buyers with no return guest. I myself, bedding one of them.

The employee was friendly and efficient. The chai latte was made with some kind of sweetened syrup that tasted like hot dogs (smoky and slightly sweet). It was disgusting. I do not recommend the chai.

Very friendly and fast working staff amongst some of the most polite airport staff I’ve come across which makes the flying experience all the more enjoyable.

Vegetarian options: Many options available just ask over the counter as I did.
