Nigel was my waiter he was outstanding. The drinks were good. But the food was not good at all. The wings were over cooked and a few friends didnt like their food neither. However, we still had a good time.

The vibe was nice for brunch . They have some tasty food options so we tried a few. Unfortunately my steak came out under cooked twice so I changed to shrimp n grits (grits cakes substituted for potatoes) the wings were great sweet Tai chili and the chicken n waffles should be their signature dish the waffle was so good and tasted like a funnel cake that chicken was fried to perfection. Drink selection: no brunch menu for drinks but server made some great suggestions. Server was sweet courteous and even apologized for the food issues. He accepted full accountability so that saved the overall experience. We'll be back to try other dishes.

Maybe it was that they had an event last night that we did not know about when we made the reservation, but the menu was WAY cut down from what I saw only. The pizzas we had were ok (buffoon and margarita). Between the music and people talking (nothing in the place to tamp down the noise) you couldn't talk. The bar tender/waiter was super nice and attentive. I don't think we'll ever go back though.

We did expect happy hour on our weekend dining. This was not the case. I'm not sure if I misread, or it was mis advertised, regardless, we enjoyed a fine pepperoni pizza with our third partner enjoying a pasta dish, no complaints. It was early evening before a movie at the Tampa Theater. Convenient, but not a top recommendation. Cheers!

I tried Bello Bar and Kitchen for the first time last night. The servers and service were great! The vibe is definitely a VIBE. The music was on point, and everyone was enjoying themselves. I ordered the Rasta Pasta, the Truffle Fries, and my friend ordered the Seafood Mac and Cheese. The rasta pasta, in my opinion, was bland, full of allspice, and had no spiciness at all. The truffles fries were great, and the aioli that's paired with it takes the fries to the next level. The fries were better than the pasta. The seafood mac and cheese was amazing! It was perfectly seasoned from the shrimp to the pasta sauce. I do not like that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to every tab, and I do not like that they charge a few to use card instead of cash. Stuff like that makes me not want to return. I will say Rafael came out and definitely tried to accommodate me for the rasta pasta, but my card was already charged, and we were ready to go. He was super nice and showed a lot of concern, which tells me he's serious about customer satisfaction. He told me to let him know when I'm back and he'll take care of everything.

excellent food and service. great menu. Raphael is a talented chef. Suggestion: having the DJ is fine but the music was way too loud. It's a restaurant not a dance club, people need to be able to socialize and converse. This is our 3rd time at Bello and it's always excellent.

Great support staff/customer service. Very friendly and inviting. Food was incredible. This was our 2nd visit to Bello and we were even more impressed with the establishment. In my opinion, they go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and that your dining experience was to the highest level possible. Thank you for a wonderful evening and for making my birthday special. Can't wait to eat there again!

I really hate doing this, but the food was not it. ? I had the steak and eggs, and the steak (med well) was not steak. I don't know what grade item they purchased to cut cost, but I repeat, the steak was not steak. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. ??‍♀️The sauce they gave was pretty good, and that helped with the couple pieces of meat that I did eat. The breakfast potatoes were good and the drinks were good. Loved the atmosphere and the music! The dj played a lot of old hits, but it was great. If I were to return, it would be to sit at the bar for drinks, music and conversation.

Last night I placed an order for pick up. I could barely hear because of the background noise and asked if the young woman could repeat herself. At that point it became very distasteful customer service. The person was rude and extremely unprofessional. A complaint was made to management and it seemed the manager was not capable of properly instructing his employee because he said absolutely nothing. Ordering food should never become hostile. No one is forced into these positions. Aside from that, the food is always top tier.

The vibe was nice I enjoyed that the most. When it comes to food I feel like you don't get enough worth your buck. The breakfast tacos was very bland. The creole seasoning was salty. The shrimp and grits the grit cakes were cooked hard with very little sauce to eat with the grit cakes. Wasn't a fan of the bottomless sangria. Not sure if it was the wine or the added some cinnamon/vanilla flavoring in it. The Waffle was too sweet. Only thing I enjoyed was the apple French toast.

Hostess was terrible. She had an attitude from the start of conversation. She keep rolling her eyes. She didn't try to help accommodate us, she made the seating process way harder than needed. Server was no where to be found for the first 30 minutes of us being sat. He finally showed up took our whole order then disappeared again. We saw our server a total of 3 times and that's being generous. Shoutout to the busser Prescot, he keep our table cleaned and drinks filled. Overall worst service experience I ever had here.

I've been seeing this place a lot on social media so I was pretty excited to try it out. I mistakenly booked an outside/patio table and they weren't able to accommodate me for an inside table so I don't feel I was able to get the full vibe from the restaurant since I was outside, however, I love the vibe of this place! I'm sure I wouldn't enjoyed it more being inside, but at least the weather was nice. The DJ was great, I love the look of the bar, the seating was okay, they could've done better with the chairs and tables, the booths were nice. But they serve water in disposable cups, which is odd. The service wasn't worth the tip, especially for the fact that they include gratuity in all checks regardless of party size. The service is extremely slow, I saw my waitress maybe, like, three times the entire time we sat, which was nearly two hours. I ordered one espresso martini and we each ordered a water and they brought the martini out AFTER the food...what? It's literally coffee and vodka lol like it couldn't have taken that long, and there's two bars-one outside and inside. The waitress was friendly, which is the only thing I liked about the service. I asked her for more water a couple of times and she forgot so I ended having to ask one of the other servers that happened to be carrying a carafe. The food- I have mixed feelings about the food. I ordered the apple pie french toast and bacon, the french toast has apple pie filling, whipped cream and powdered sugar. I almost didn't order it bc I thought it would come with that canned apple pie filing that you can buy at Walmart, but I ordered it anyways hopping it didn't. But alas, that's exactly what it came with. And the PRICE POINT for two piece of bread with canned apple pie filing..is pretty ridiculous. Be so fr. The toast itself was pretty good tho. The drink was okay nothing to write home about and overprice imo. Because of the vibe and the vibe only, I'd give this place another chance, maybe for dinner.

This place is so cool. I enjoyed Erika so much. She made our drinks and did not miss! The lemon pepper wings were well-seasoned, crispy, and hot. The meatballs were fresh, seasoned, and delightful. The pepperoni pizza was only ok. It was missing something more sauce, some more seasoning, perhaps. The Rasta Pasta was lackluster and my least favorite thing. There wasn't enough j*** seasoning, visually not appetizing, and the chicken tasted thawed out and not fresh. It seemed to need different pasta noodles as well. Rigatoni didn't work well for this dish. The Creamy Marsala was pretty good. It had a good spice and flavor. The sauce tasted more fresh. Overall, this place is definitely worth a try, and I would come back for sure!
