They swindle you and switch prices here. Ordered curry and jerk chicken..the jerk is more akin to american bottled barbecue sauce and there is zero curry flavor in the curry, and the rice is soggy. Bland and expensive. I hate saying it but.... Just go to jerk hut.

Who agrees that some small, not so extravagant spots have the best foods. I ordered the jamaican Patty, and they were good. I don't think they were homemade, though.

I was craving some Jamaican food around 10pm on a Friday and I noticed that they closed at 11 so I went to pick up some food. I got some oxtail and some fried plantains and let me tell you it was to die for. Oxtail was paired with the Jamaican style rice mixed with some large brown beans. Also came with cabbage veggies. Super flavorful. Meat fell off the bone. Yumm. Portion was large and I thought price was much cheaper than most places. Definitely cheaper than Jerk Hut right around the corner. The lady that was working there was so sweet and nice and had the most beautiful Jamaican accent. I will definitely be coming back because I want to try their Ackee Saltfish, because I never had that before and it just sounds so good. If you go there late night on a weekend just ignore the ppl that sit out front they are harmless and are just socializing. It’s a cultural thing. Photo of my dinner attached

Always out of food on the menu WELL before closing time and never answers the phone. A waste of time going up there.

I ordered jerk chicken and rice and peas And cabbage I ordered some beef patty too. The rice was bland the chicken tasted old. It was very dry and they just sprinkle a lil bbq sauce on it. I wouldn't recommend it or buy that again only their patty tasted good but either way that's a shame on Jamaica. If you want real Jamaican food just visit Jamaica you won't regret it.
