I love B.T. so much. I go every weekend with the Food taste amazing. I never get bored of it. It taste so good. I really enjoyed the fresh rolls and the band me sandwich. It’s the best ones I’ve ever had the broadest Krispy and everything taste good in the combination.

This place is incredible.

The chicken curry is fantastic. It's light and very flavorful with a lot of spices (but not hot). I had it with the bread which was so soft. Possibly one of the best curries I've ever had.

Yikes! This was a VERY expensive and overpriced dining experience. Would not revisit due to the high price and relatively small portion size. Food was tasty but can not justify a $5 coke, $8 tea or $45 dinner, when i get this at some or better quality at a local Vietnamese restaurant.

We were feeling under the weather and on a pho kick so we decided to try this place for a weekday lunch. Having been to restaurant BT, our expectations were high.

The chicken pho had a very balanced broth that supported the chicken and wasn’t overwhelming. The chicken was super tender and reminded me of Mother’s chicken noodle soup in a great way. I would’ve preferred more scallions in the soup and the portion was a bit small, the noodles went fast. The star of the show is the chocolate mousse. We came back here another day just to order the dessert.

Very quaint place with limited seating but some high quality food for a steep price. Definitely order the chocolate mousse if it’s the only thing you get.

I am typing this review as I sit at a light near Bistro BT. Unfortunately, I am continuing on to a competing restaurant selling similar food. A year or so ago, I would have not imagined that I would be going to a place further away from my home then Bistro BT. Because I love the food and it is very convenient. However, sometime in the not so distant past, someone made the decision to increase prices and decrease portions of the food. One or the other, I could understand, but both at the same time was a dealbreaker. The chicken pho, which I loved, Has about half the chicken it once did and maybe 2/3 of the noodles. At the same time the price went up. So unfortunate. I have spoken to others who have said the same thing. Maybe one day they will fix the product and I will return. In the meantime, I drive on to the competing restaurant up the road.

We had dinner at BT Bistro (3rd franchise) in the very nice city of Memphis! The owner, Mike was all too happy that we called ahead to be there b/f it closed. What you need to take away is this; “Clean eating NEVER tasted so damn delicious!”
Organic ingredients go toward making the very best burgers and tacos. The French are crispy to the last bite and astoundingly delicious. They make a killer lemonade with no sugar, and it’s very light, sweet, and delicious. For dessert we had key lime pie and carrot cake. Both items have no sugar. They use a blend of honeys. The key lime pie was very nice, top tier, and we can argue what’s best. However, there is a show-stopper. If someone else orders this item and offers you a bite, just order your own, because you’re going to snatch the dessert and eat all shamelessly while your shocked friend looks on. What is the show-stopper? It is the carrot cake. It is so moist and so delicious (and warm) you may forget to breath so your brain can focus on every taste bud in your mouth to savor every scintilla of flavor. This dessert will crush Bobby Flay! It is not even close.

It was very nice)
I love the fusion which happens on you plate.
Especially you can see it with the beef bento box - beef which literally melts in your mouth and fantastic ratatouille!
I asked for a recommendation of food and wine paring on budget and I got a good recommendation:
Monks noodles and prawns + Rose = solid 10/10
Just one and only thing which quite land for me was the Banana tapioca pudding. I would recommend to try Chocolate Mousse, but anyways it was a new thing to try for me and my partner)
We had a very friendly server which recommended us several positions and guided us through the menu.
The ambiance is very comforting everything is clean and you can see a touch of high quality care!

I love the Ukrainian flag at the entrance💛💙

Overly priced flavorless food. If pho is going to cost $30 then it should have some semblance of depth and savory… this broth tastes like the dumped store bought beef broth. Will not be eating here again.
