Great pizza, but their outdoor area looks sad. And even worse its right next to the pickup parking, so ppl leave their car in and your pizza suddenly tastes like gasoline 🤮

I ordered a take out 5 for 35 and specifically mentioned that I do not want mushrooms in my salad. Did I mention they also messed up a pizza and gave me someone else's? The girl that gave me the order made it sound like it was my mistake and showed a long line and said you will have to wait until they are done. This is a locatipn next to a mall. So it's a long line. I understand mistakes happen but acting like you are doing a favor with absolutely no apology is not acceptable. To top it all she just casually put the salad on the table withouy any acknowledgement. I would NOT recommend this location for takeout unless you want someone to give you a wrong order and tried to make you feel bad for it.

My daughter has bad allergies and most times we come they are good at following allergy protocols, but last time my daughter was sick for 3 days. Today we came again (about a month later) and tried to be VERY CLEAR how important following protocols are and why, but we're treated very badly. The ONLY person who seemed to care was the cashier-Hailey, who stopped what she was doing to go make my daughter's cheesy bread and clearly communicate to the people who handle the food at the end how important it was to NOT CROSS CONTAMINATE (last time I thought I saw them use the same cutter on my daughter's pizza as mine and put her pizza directly on the tray they cut, but didn't want to falsely accuse them..but my daughter getting sick proved it. So today I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how the staff treated us, but THANKFUL HAILEY was there and ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY DAUGHTER'S SAFETY!

I love it here it's my daughter's favorite spot! She loves pizza. We're pescatarian so this spot is our Go- to for pizza
I’ve unfortunately had a consistent problem at this place with online orders. Do not expect to be skipping the line if you are ordering online. I arrive 25 minuets after ordering online which was the far end of the estimated time they gave me. I was the pizza that they ended up giving me go in the oven 40 minutes after the order was initially placed. Ive had similar experiences here before but I would usually not say anything because everyone has bad days, however this is becoming a pattern at this location and will most likely leave me to choose elsewhere in the future. Blaze has been a greta place in the past because of their usually accurate gluten free option however after my hour wait for the pizza upon inspecting them i found the one i ordered with the classic dough was made with what I am certain is the gluten free dough and the one i needed to be gluten free looked like none I had ordered perviously so I left after an hour weight with pizzas I couldnt eat. Very disappointing experience will most likey never order online again especially with the extra fees i paid to wait an hour for pizza i couldnt eat.
