I had heard great things about Blue Flame and its food, so I gave it a chance. I called the catering number about a month in advance to inquire about a Mother’s Day catering order. I was given prices for the selected items and told to pay in person at least 3 days before pickup. I followed instructions and spent nearly $400 for my luncheon, and I told them I needed the food by 12pm on Saturday for an event at 1pm. I arrived Saturday at 12pm, and my food was not ready. Listen I have been riding by saying I’m gone try this place and I finally did and honey it’s soooo good! The plates are a hefty amount and the food is seasoned to perfection. I had the smothered chops and my husband had the ribs and I must say these were the best chops I’ve ever eaten besides my dads.
