The service here is trash, the place is ran by teenagers who want to play around and don’t care. I came here instead of Fresh Kitchen because of the drive thru.

Despite there being no one else in the drive thru or inside, it still took 10 minutes to get my food. I wasn’t even concerned about that, it was the fact that after I got my food and realized the juice boxes were missing, the employees looked at me laughing, rolling their eyes and straight up ignoring me while standing right at the drive thru register. Even after making eye contact, beeping multiple times and waving my hand. I could get better service than that at McDonalds. I’ll definitely just go to Fresh Kitchen up the street next time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bolay. The customer service was unprofessional and the staff seemed careless about basic hygiene. I noticed employees handling food with their bare hands and not wearing gloves, which is extremely concerning. On top of that, the service was slow and unfriendly, making the whole experience frustrating. Food safety and customer service should be top priorities, but this location fell far short. I will not be returning and hope management addresses these issues immediately.

Bolay is by far the most affordable healthy bowl spot in Tampa! They even give you an additional 10% off if you show them you have any gym membership.

Food is decent, my first time using this app, got $5 to redeem, but the app added $1.90 tip, I didn't see that, lol. On top of that, there's more veggies thank chicken. Not worth it at all. Very very small portion of meat. Total for this is $10.17 even after my $5 redeem.

This is our go-to spot after air travel because it is so far from the house. We love stopping in and building a yummy, fresh, healthy bowl that will last us for two days. The staff are always friendly too.

Healthy and delicious

Tried Bolay for the first time today from a recommendation. The food was great but unfortunately the service was lacking. There were 4 team members standing behind the counter and all 4 just seemed like it was their first day on the job. Nobody greeted us or asked us what we wanted. I was tempted to go behind the counter and make my bowl myself. I may give it another shot but at a different location.

Came in on my lunch break. No one greeted me. No one said hello waited in line and then a guy who came in behind me got served before I did I literally felt invisible like my money didn’t matter I would never come here again not recommended
