This was our go to restaurant ,Bonefish Carrollwood. Unfortunately the food wasn't anywhere near average quality and taste.This was a return Birthday meal for my family after really bad Father's Day family meal. Unfortunately the experience was much worse and it is now our never return decision was made. The meal for 2 was not tasty, the food was cold, the tuna could not be cut with the supplied knife, the Mahi was lighter in color than any I've ever had. Did not taste like Mahi,the 5 skinny shrimp were hardly grilled and the salsa was running into the other 3 proteins and everything on the plate was saturated with that flavor making everything taste the same. Each protein had a bit of sauce that once again made each one taste the same instead of four unique flavors. The portion size was pitiful on all four proteins. The sides were overly seasoned and that's the only taste you got, you couldn't taste the vegetables. The Cesar Salad was goopy and soggy and the price Romaine must be sky high , the bottom of the plate was barely covered and the 4 pieces of croutons were present. Even the bread was almost tasteless and not an appetizing color. The Scallop dinner was 2 very under cooked and several overcooked which should be an easy seafood to make. They literally had no colt, so the care of cooking and searing to make look great and taste good was not applied. The chicken meal was so dried it it would not cut and you ended up tearing the pieces. Not much fun. This food did not seem to be prepared well and was haphazardly plated for each meal. I hat to have to be so harsh, but for the price and what the location served in the past... I could not ever come back nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. The Wednesday Bang Bang shrimp was almost half price and it was half an order served on more lettuce than the side salad! I'm not one to take down a restaurant, but this is unacceptable in today's economic climate. I hope the is not a sign of another Bloomin failure.

The drinks were awful. Very small, very sour. We could not hear our hostess. She did not have a loud voice or a microphone. Food was good! I was super excited for this event, it was my 4th one, but very disappointed.

We went for special Wicked Cocktail Dinner. It was fabulous with Wicked inspired decor and cocktails. Every course was exceptional with scallop appetizer, scallop and shrimp salad and wonderful sea bass entree. The chocolate dessert was too die for. Great night out.

We had dined here before, but never on a Monday — what a pleasant surprise! Their Social Hour specials and $5 drinks were fantastic. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and unbeatable value. This is officially my new favorite happy hour spot for Mondays! :) Highly recommend.

Martini Monday was great. Love the Happy Hour specials too!
When we asked for a bag to put our leftovers box in, the server brought us a bag with only one functioning handle. When I brought that to the servers attention, he went back and I thought brought us a new bag. Later, after leaving the restaurant, we found that he had gone back and stapled the handle back on. We noticed this because my wife scratched her hand on the staples when putting it away. Bush league for sure. They must be struggling if the servers are instructed to behave like that to save a few pennies.
