When we asked for a bag to put our leftovers box in, the server brought us a bag with only one functioning handle. When I brought that to the servers attention, he went back and I thought brought us a new bag. Later, after leaving the restaurant, we found that he had gone back and stapled the handle back on. We noticed this because my wife scratched her hand on the staples when putting it away. Bush league for sure. They must be struggling if the servers are instructed to behave like that to save a few pennies.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Gabrielle, our server was friendly and totally professional in an easy going way. The food was excellent and of course there is the Bonefish Grill ambiance. It's so classy and relaxing. It's a must for a great evening out.

Me and my husband came in for Sunday morning brunch today and had an awesome experience thanks to our server, Jeff. We were apprehensive about eating at Bonefish as we had a poor experience at a different location, but thanks to Jeff we will definitely be back to this Carrollwood location. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu, and made my husband feel special for his birthday with a free dessert. He also helped us choose our drinks based on our preferences and absolutely nailed it! Ask for Jeff when dining here!

Went in tonight and our server Naya was the most caring and thoughtful person ever, not to mention extremely gorgeous. She was as so patient with explaining the menu and what was in the chimichurri bistro and brought our refills without even having to ask! Will definitely be asking for her next time!
