This was my first time grabbing food at Boriplata. We had rice with fried chicken and steak patacon. The food was actually really well made, the steak was not chewy it was really good the chicken was not salty, rice was really good as well. The people were really nice and served our food with no issue I highly recommend trying this place out.
There’s nothing I love more than good food and Boriplata delivered just that! Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but the hospitality and love we felt the moment we arrived was truly divine.
Everything we had was delicious and cooked to perfection. Plus, since everything is made to order, we got fresh, hot, and flavorful food!! .

While visiting Tampa, we stumbled across this food truck. We ordered masitas de cerdo con tostones, mangu con salami, queso y huevo, some alcapurrias and a few smoothies. The food was amazing, it was made to order and very flavorful. The smoothies were also very delicious. The service was top notch 👌. Jayson and Daniela offered us a sample of their rice and habichuelas. They were both delicious. Will definitely stop by next time we visit.
