I don’t even know where to start…….. I haven’t had Boston market in like a year. I order the same thing I’ve always ordered from there…. WHAT is this? The meatloaf looks like vomit, the Mac and cheese is pale and cheeseless…. Also elbow macaroni???? I also got an additional side of mashed potatoes and they’re hard as a rock. The cornbread is undercooked. This is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t even give this to my dog…….. styrofoam to go boxes?

This is not Boston market anymore. The food is horrible I returned it and got my money back. They didn’t even ask any questions either just gave me my refund

First was out of Chicken pot pies. Out of all the sauces for the chicken meals. Got a regular chicken meal. The chicken was overcooked & dry. The corn bread tasted like yesterday’s days corn bread.

Just order from Uber eats my food is so cold !!! I’m very disappointed in this order seeing that I’m in the hospital! I truly don’t recommend anyone ordering from Uber eats with them. Thanks, but no thanks

I have been buying here for very long. Not sure what happened but everything was different. Chicken was super dry, spinach was sour, mashed potatoes were liquidy, gravy was bitter, sweet potatoes had a totally different color light orange and the corn bread was not the mix we have been used to from Boston Market. What is going on?

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is now trash, new distribution apparently means “new flavors”, no more delicious mash & gravy like you remember as a kid, the chicken is smaller and skin entirely flavorless, Mac and cheese at my school lunch cafeteria was better than what they serve here now. Boycott this place until they either bring back the old Boston market we all know and love otherwise go out of business like you should.

I live in Bradenton and the Boston market closed by me two months ago. I was dropping off a friend to the Tampa airport and wanted Boston market. I come in here the credit card machine is down. The fountain drink machine down. The bottle of soda I bought was warm. The corn bread was burnt and hard and he gave me a half of one. The Mac and cheese had no cheese in it. Service was horrible. I never had a bad Boston market experience in my life and don't know why they are closing but this one should close. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away!!!!

I purchased A42 dollar meal with 2 brownies included and I did not receive my brownies, the chicken was hard as wood the breast was dry and I tried to call them back to complain and receive my money back or another meal no one else is the phone, this is the 2nd day I'm trying to contact them period this is so unacceptable I live very far and I don't have time to waste gas or money. They shouldn't know when the chicken is hard. And when you double check someone's mail before you won't let them walk out of the door. And at least answer your phone
Not sure what's going on with this location but the card reader has been down for over a week (per the one employee working), the soft drink machine wasn't working, the food was awful. The gravy is different, tasted almost sour. The creamed spinach had zero cream or cheese added. The chicken was dry and no flavor. The only bright spot was the employee that was working was nice and doing his best.

I'm VERY disappointed! I haven't been to this location in a few year's or more, but from what I seen & the quality of the food gives me almost out of business vibes. This place should not be in business. I'm wondering if they we're bought out by some else? I'm seriously considering contacting the food & beverage department of the state of Florida. Something isn't adding up with this location. NO STAR'S DESERVED!

Food was horrible. Wasn't traditional Boston market food. Meatloaf was like rubber. Mashed potatoes were thin and flavorless. Gravy was runny and Mac and cheese tasted like sour

I'm a big fan of Boston Market.........till my experience today.The door had a sign stating drive through only, got back in car to leave and a employee came out and waved me in. She stated they were short staffed so they limit how many customers come in.Get to the counter to order meal for 4. Counter women goes to the back to request the only other employee to cut the chicken.Received my four sides but no corn bread which is included in the meal but due to short staff you get no corn bread. Requested gravy three times but failed to receive.8 minutes later the women in the back comes up front and starts replacing sides on the heat table. Her co-worker (counter person) requested again for the chicken to be cut and she responds oh yeah!Got the dinner home the broccoli was brown and the chicken was so dry.This was the worst experience ever in all the years I dined at a Boston Market.Need to fix the problem or close the store , it will reflect poorly for the locations.Definitely will make me think twice before visiting another one.
