Boston Market is nowhere near good as it once was. Chicken was sort of dry, mashed potatoes and gravy had a odd after taste. Off my out to dine list.

Food taste great but I recommend not going late at night as they usually run out of things by then.

Dining room was closed, tried to order through the drive thru. Tried to order 1/2 chicken Peri Peri and a roasted garlic and herb. They told me they only had signature. Wanted broccoli as one of the side and they didn’t have it. I selected corn and mashed potato for one chicken and mashed potato and Mac and cheese for the other one. They claimed they are running a “limited menu” because they are changing their food provider. All sides were disgusting, corn was hard and old, mashed potato was sour and cold and Mac and c cheese nothing like the picture, just running cheese. Never again coming back to this location.

First, I am a fan of Boston Market food in general. That being said this last trip was horrible. Being that it was on valentine's day my wife would have left me based on food quality if this experience. The garlic 1/2 chicken was dry. The corn which is normally sweet and tender tasted like it was ready to be popped for popcorn like hard as a rock. The cornbread was to say it kindly, the worst piece of garbage I've eaten in quite some time. Hard as a brick and I mean hard as in drop it on the ice for the next lightning hockey game. This meal was really really bad. I gave it a 2 out of the abundance of love I have towards humanity otherwise a 1.

The chicken tasted disgusting. The corn bread was hard. I thought Boston market could never disappoint me but today it did. Mash potatoes where just nasty. My kids who will eat anything wouldn't even eat it there drinks where the only decent thing here. Service was so bad they said "the cornbread is always like that" but it's notParking: All the spots where open because no one wanted to eat there

Disorganized and attitude from the workers. The worker made snide comments and blamed us when he couldn't find our order. After we did eventually get our order, we found out that they had replaced our rotisserie nuggets with regular rotisserie chicken and were not given gravy, so we called to ask about this. The person on the phone told us that they were out of the nuggets so they swapped it for something else. We asked why they hadn't informed us that the item was not available, as we would have ordered something in its stead and we were told that "[they] were really busy when [we] came in".This isn't the first issue we have had with this Boston Market, but this was by far the worst. I work food service and none of this was handled properly. It's a shake because this restaurant was a Christmas Eve tradition for us, but it is steadily declining in quality.

UPDATE: Dave the area manager of the Waters Ave location contacted me back within minutes of requesting a call back. Thanked me for the feedback, apologized and will submitting a refund. Kudos to Dave for being professional and on top of this promptly.Placed an order online for a pick up. The selection for my meal was the Crispy Country Chicken w/White Gravy. The reason for this selection was specifically it had the white gravy. I wanted to try this. When my fiancé picked up the order , he was told they were out of white gravy and handed him poultry gravy. He was on his lunch break and accepted it due to time and the order was prepaid. Obviously this is not what I wanted. When I called the store directly I spoke with the manager, Jose. I have to say as being in customer service where I handle complaints, it was a rather bad experience. Not once did he apologize. He first said that Boston Market doesn't send them the white gravy, then changed later to say say they were out of the white gravy. When I asked why it wasn't updated online he said that it is a company website. Yet when I ordered, I went to store location and did the order from there. If the location is out I would think it would be updated for the location as with other store orders we have ordered from. He was not apologetic, no empathy, placed all blame on Boston Market. If it is corporate location or a franchise, at the end of the day, all are Boston Market. There was no ownership at all. I wasn't looking for free, I would have gladly accepted to bring the meal back after 5 pm when my fiancé is off of work and get something else or take a refund. Nothing was said or done for customer satisfaction. We had stopped going to this location for a while due to the quality of the food, yet decided to give it another try with the new food items. The crispy chicken as well was tough. When going to the corporate website to submit feedback, they limit the characters to place your feedback so you can't fully explain the situation. We definitely will not be going back to this location. After previous experiences with the food and this experience with the food and definitely the experience with the manager I can see why there is a 3.9 review rating. Just over all horrible experience to pay $31 for something that was not what was ordered and no customer service.

Ordered the Rotisserie chicken nuggets. The first picture is what I got the second is what I thought I purchased. Needless to say they were rubbery and hard at the same time. Its a hard pass on the "nuggets"

This place has gone down hill; Food choices , staff & environment is bad. I will not be back. I do not recommend this place. Chicken was kept in warming tables did not taste fresh. The staff is very unfriend and not helpful. In my opinion this place will be out of buy soon.Vegetarian options: Poor options

The food is good, but I used to receive coupons and discounts, and I haven't received it lately.

Chicken was dry, cornbread was dry. Brocolli was hard, fountain machine has mold in the caps. The only good thing was the mac n cheese. Highly disappointed for my first time having boston market ?

The food was gross. Only thing good was the creme spinach. Nuggets you better use dipping sauce. Mac and cheese yuck and will not order from them again. I use to love them. Quality poor and expensive

The roteserri chicken is always good. I wish they offered more sides like they did in the past. Now your stuck with a few. And they are bland. I used to love the stuffing. The other meats are hit and miss. Same for sandwiches, they always seem to be out of key ingredients, either the bread or type of meat you want for the sandwich. The lobby always seems dark too. Tables need to be cleaned more often.

I go because they usually have no line (unless it's the holidays). Every time I go, they say their "sandwich station is down". Why have that section of the menu if it's not going to be available? I also personally don't think they should have discontinued the stuffing and their ribs were the worst when I tried them months ago.
