The mash potatoes use to be so good years ago, and now it’s like they just throw instant $1 potatoes in a pot and add nothing! The gravy is sooo watery it’s like tinted water, NOT gravy. The cornbread is hard like it’s been sitting there ALL NIGHT. It doesn’t even taste like cornbread. The lady behind the counter had amazing customer service, that’s the only thing that made up for the food. should’ve went to publix and bought a $10 pack of fried chicken, a PACK OF HAWAIIAN ROLLS, and a pack of instant potatoes and had better food for LESS MONEY! I’m EMBARRASSED this is what i bought my mother for mother’s day.

We ordered online a couple months ago, and they had run out of cornbread. Annoying, but the rest of the meal was still there. Today, we ordered online again. This time, they called us an hour before we were supposed to pick up saying they didn’t have the chicken we had ordered, and they were closed. Closing before 5:00pm on a Saturday? Added to that, they can’t cancel on their end, we have to cancel on ours! Horrible horrible experience and horrible horrible service, never again going to this location.

Normally I have no issue with this location. Today I try ordering a meatloaf for one meal via dd and it was canceled. Thankfully I ordered dessert from Mac grill. So my dasher was able to tell me that BM was out of meatloaf, no cooks, a cashier behind the counter, and the icing on the cake...the MANAGER was sitting comfortably In a booth explaining random things to people.

I’ve never had an issue with this location at all. Normally it’s my preferred location. Today I walked in and what I believe was the manager was sitting down eating. The employees looked as if they were hostages scared to speak. I began my order and the manager loudly spoke across the room questions to ask (what size) (did I want gravy) etc. I understand because she seemed new but it was unprofessional of her to tell it across the room and not stand next to her to help guide her.The cook in the back was frozen just looking left and right like he didn’t want to say the wrong thing. The girl at the register stood there waiting for me to come down and like she didn’t want to speak out of turn. I looked over and saw a typed paragraph basically saying no phones behind the counter. If anyone is caught with there phone will be sent home. Which I get because some people get distracted and don’t do there jobs properly,but don’t put that we’re guests can see. After all of that military discipline that I witnessed, opened my food and my potatoes were bad. Had a terrible smell like they might have been made like two weeks ago and was reheated multiple times. Hopefully this can be fixed for people who go there regularly but not sure that I would want to.

haven't had Boston Market in forever. Wanted some so bad. So I go there. And order a half chicken with Mac and cheese creamed spinach. The chicken was dry the Mac and cheese was so funny it was like soap. The corn bread was hard and not warm. Worst experience I have ever had at a Boston Market.Parking: There were no cars so easy parking.

I’ve been coming to this Boston Market location for years and haven’t had any issues until now. The employees had no clue what they were doing and tried to charge me extra for my meal. The kids meal allows for macaroni and cheese OR different meat options for the entree. When I asked for macaroni and cheese as the entree they said that’s not possible and that it HAS to be meat even though the menu clearly states otherwise. One of the employees said I could get macaroni and cheese if I got the sampler meal. She even told me that the sampler meal would be less expensive than the kids meal which is not true. She also charged me for a piece of pie that I never ordered. I did not appreciate the attitude from the lady supervisor. I won’t be back until there is a new staff which at this rate will likely be in a few weeks.

After ordering on door dash and having the worst experience ever with another location. I went in to pick up dinner very close to closing time and the entire staff was awesome and more than accommodating! Especially with the shortage of chicken they’ve had lately. I got meatloaf and Turkey and everything was hot and fresh and packaged up with a smile. Will be back to see those friendly faces soon!Thanks guys ☺️

Waited an hour for delivery order- wasted my time in three different Uber drivers because the food wasn’t ready after an hour, then they canceled. The food is mediocre to begin with but terrible customer service means I won’t be back. This has happened every time I’ve attempted to order through Uber.

Never again worker coughed in her hand no gloves and continued too serve food too a customer without washing hands and keeps scratching here .they are rude my husbands chicken was leg and thigh he just got leg saying that is leg and thigh I always eat In Boston market never got food served so poorly and they forgot to give me the cornbread and had the nerve too tell me to leave . Which I didn’t I continue eating. I will never come here it’s disgusting very poor management. They need a whole new staff 0 stars I will be praying for you all too get your store together properly
The food wasn't great but that's not a reflection of this establishment in particular. On the whole, Boston Market has always been hit or miss. It's either the best I've had or just ok. Good sized portions, friendly staff, prompt to go order pick up.I've always wondered how they stay in business though. The parking lot at any Boston Market is usually so empty I'm wondering if they're even open. Are they a government front? Is it a secret headquarters? I often wonder about it.The mac and cheese is always a banger.

Ok food... Protein portions are small!!! Ordered 1/4 cken meal and the chicken breast was like a cornish hen breast at best... and paid $14.40 with a drink!

I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but you had a good crew working there Saturday night (11/12/22). They jumped right in to help a new employee. They were all very nice, and you could see they were trying to be a team. They got a little busy and nobody got frustrated, they just did the work. I'd hire any of them any day.
