Just received the greatest service here. I ordered wrong and was my fault. The staff fixed it and was really great about it. Always my favorite spot in any mall.

fast, friendly, and delicious. they basically just fill your styrofoam container as much as it can be stuffed and still close :) and its inexpensive too. only about 7 bucks or so! highly recommend for their amazing bourbon chicken & rice combo. staff was also very friendly, courteous, and cooperative. :)

Always has been my favorite place to eat at citrus park mall food court , food is always good but service the last few times is horrible , they want to give you mostly rice and vegetables and hardly no chicken even when I say I will pay extra for more chicken , they understand everything I say but when you say extra chicken and I will pay more its l dont understand ??? totally ridiculous, think I will try the new place a few doors down next time .

I wrongly assumed this would be like the Westshore Plaza location. I wasn't positive if they were related or not since the signage is completely different. If so, this one is way outdated. Let me just get it out of the way and say I'm pretty disappointed and will not return. The service is horrendous. Speaking as minimally as possible in the beginning I would have let pass, but the awkwardness of no closing statement to the transaction was just odd. The kicker was I said thank you after her silence and she wouldn't even look me in the eye but just nodded. I understand if there is a culture difference assuming she is not originally from the States but not responding to a thank you is impolite. Most food court restaurants that serve Asian food at least serve one actual green vegetable. Corn does not count. If the locations are the same... where are the meat options? No spare ribs - disappointing! I will give them that nothing was dry. Specifically, lo mein can be unappetizingly dry at food court restaurants, and theirs was not. The food was all just below average though. With below average food and horrible service, you will never see me here again.

Disappointing visit. It seems like the last few Times I've eaten here, it gets worse and worse. The honey chicken was good but everything else was bad. The cabbage had the strangest flavor which is weird because I don't know how anybody could mess up cabbage. It's so easy to cook. My son's broccoli was inedible. And I picked macaroni and cheese because once again I figured you can't mess that up. Well guess what... It had zero flavor. It didn't even taste cheesy. I tried to make it taste better by putting salt on it but it didn't taste better. It just tasted salty. Never again will I waste $17 on dinner for two at Bourbon St. Café and Grill.

They tried to charge me $.35 for tap water! Subway next door have it to me for free. I will never buy anything there.

Bourbon chicken has been one of my guilty pleasures since The Big Easy opened in Westshore Plaza back in the 80s. It's difficult for me to enter a mall and not order this meal. Bourbon Street whips up one of the best versions of this dish and for only $6.99!
