We ordered the key lime ice cream cone and a oat of this world milkshake. They both slapped. The shake itself was the perfect consistency that most places just can't seem to get. They milk it down too much or make it too thick to where a straw is useless. Should you go here? Yes.

Got there around 9pm last night. Young man and young lady kicking butt! I gave them a hard time but there customer service was out the park! Despite being understaffed I feel like. Will return. Amazing ice cream! Thank you guys

This is my favorite spot in Tampa for ice cream but had a bad experience today. I visit twice or thrice in a week and always take two scoops in a waffle cone with chocolate syrup on the top. Lady who worked today didn’t know how to put chocolate syrup and was rude to me, gave me waffle cone like shown in picture-1. I’m posting other pictures to show how I used to get before when other employees worked and I had no complaints.

Great staff, great atmosphere, worst chocolate ice cream I’ve had in Tampa so far, their “deepest darkest chocolate secret” is full of sugar, no flavor, burns your throat as you swallow it, id love for the owner to reply with the list of ingredients in it, is it real sugar? Is it really hand crafted? Their website fails to mention anything about the ingredients or the nutrition facts. As an ice cream connoisseur I’m disappointed in this overpriced ice cream. The waffle cone was great though.

This is located between the convention center and the Marriott on Water street. Very convenient location. It is always busy, so this means fresh ice cream and waffle cones! They have so many flavors! I tried the balsamic strawberry and mint chocolate. Both were excellent! I didn't even have time to take a photo because I just wanted to dig into my cone! The service is great and they are super friendly. I like that you can have a taste before committing to a flavor. Outdoor seating is nice.

Memorable flavors that pop and friendly staff who were happy to let us sample and give us their personal favorite choices when we were finding ourselves indecisive. The sort of place where you wish ice cream parlors offered a sample platter! We loved the pineapple with brown butter and pecans, as well as the espresso with kahlua (and were sorely tempted to come back for a scoop of key lime pie)! Also loved to see so many creative vegan options on the menu.

Best ice cream of my entire life (and I am an ice cream person). I highly recommend both the Key Lime and the Lemon with Crystalized Ginger. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, helpful, warm - just all around fantastic human beings. They proactively offered my daughter as many samples as she wanted as she struggled to choose her order. The shop was clean and cute, and we enjoyed the patio. I wish we lived closer because I would be here ALL the time.
