Mother’s Day made a reservation weeks in advance for a party of 5, 1pm. My daughter’s first Mother’s Day. We knew it would be busy but after waiting almost a half hour to even get through the line to check in, we were told it would be approximately another 1 hour until we would be seated. I have eated at Brio's several times in the past but never again. It was the first time out in almost three weeks because I had been ill. I ordered the Salmon Fresco and when I did, the waitress asked if "medium is okay' on the cook for the Salmon. This made me happy because it made me feel like they actually know how to cook salmon.
