This place felt very chain-like. Staff was not knowledgeable about the menu and could not answer questions about food allergies. Manager was apologetic, but didn't go out of her way to make suggestions or offer alternatives. Probably won't go back.
We had dinner at Brio in Tampa and were lucky enough to have Emberlee as our server. She was extremely nice, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Her warm personality and genuine care made our entire dinner absolutely delightful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it truly elevated our experience.

Lamb chops are said to be one of the most popular items on the menu but mine weren't good. My dates steak and mash potatoes were perfect tho. Everything else was good. I would return.

The 4 Star for food is based on gluten-free and vegetarian options (I understand this is a small minority of people - but here we are!).
The traditional dishes looked great and my team members enjoyed them. So for traditional, 5 Star.
My limited options was salad or caprese.
I figured I would try the salad, it was, unfortunately a bit bland and soggy - even looked the part.
I would have tried the caprese, but as someone who makes this at home many times a week, I couldn’t justify $18 for tomatoes and mozzarella!
Our server Amanda was great - she was attentive, without being pushy or showing up asking us how everything is, while our faces were stuffed.
Also, a very nice atmosphere!

Took my dad for his birthday and all of the food was great! Everything was cooked well, and food was delivered promptly. Will be returning again
We shop at the UTC mall a lot but rarely dine there due to the high prices. However, we decided to try Brio for an early dinner, as we were in the mood for Italian food. The restaurant's exterior appeared inviting, and our initial impression was positive until we were seated. Our server took a while to arrive and take our drink orders. I requested a Campari and soda, but the server seemed unfamiliar with the drink. I then ordered an appetizer, which never arrived. Our server appeared distracted and did not offer refills. Portions were okay.
We opted not to order dessert, and the ambiance felt cold and unwelcoming, despite the restaurant's large size and lack of patrons. We will not be returning.
