Pleasant greeting when we arrived. Only waited a couple of minutes for our reservation which was no problem because we arrived early. Food and atmosphere was great. Not sure if the waiter was going through some personal endeavor, but felt rushed by the waiter and he was not very personal.
The restaurant was not busy at all to justify the bad service we received. The waitress took our order, she brought us us drinks and we never saw her again until finally the food was ready, she never checked our drink refills, she never brought us bread, she didn't offer cheese , just in general terrible service. Again , on a busy night I get it . But completely awful . Zero stars .
Sander provided exceptional waiting service to us. He gave great recommendations and routinely checked in to ensure our food and drinks were great. First time dining here and it was a great experience! Highly recommend and thank you Sander!
