Everything from the appetizers to dessert was fantastic. The staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. The environment felt warm and family-friendly. I left feeling completely satisfied.
I've been coming here over 20 years. There's been ups and downs over the years. My last 3 experiences here have been less than stellar. The food wasn't on par with what I've come to expect. The service was terrible. I waited almost an hour for 2 sandwiches. I truly hope that you all can get it together. Brocattos is a Tampa staple and I'd hate to see it close.
Went on a Friday got there about 11:10 in the morning. Parking was empty maybe 3 or 4 cars. Right when we entered my friend and I were greeted. We ordered the special which was 2 footlong cubans for 20 bucks, we also brought 2 of the deviled crab cakes. The special came with a fountain drink and a small bag of lays chips (choose from reg, sour cream, barbeque). The wait for the food was not bad at all, the cuban sandwich was great. The pork was all good pieces of meat no chewy...
