I tried some ribs from a friend a year ago. They were delicious 😋. My seasonal job hosted a BBQ potluck this spring, and I had to buy some for my coworkers for them to try! They received great remarks from my peers as well. Everything exceeded my expectations except for when they open. Opening times on Google can be misleading. However, you'll know when they're open once you hear the 🎶 music!

Food is great but sides and portions I would recommend but that DJ playing that super loud music gave me a headache couldn’t even hear the cashier we had to yell back and forth at each other.

This place is right off of busch before busch gardens. had a typical food truck set up but the smoker in the back is huge and lets the whole block smell how good their food is. I ordered and got my food faster than I could walk to the sitting area and take a seat in front of the fan they provided for your comfort. The you kids working the register were not only respectful but super helpful when deciding on what I should get. the portions are huge and the food is really good. I would definitely recommend you stop by before or after your trip to bg or if you’re just driving by.

So I was introduced to this spot about 6 months ago! We’re so obsessed that I try my best to come at least once a month now. Even my 9 year old loves their food. The atmosphere is amazing and very lively. Sometimes there’s a live DJ playing music or a great playlist playing. Either way it’s a vibe and if you aren’t up dancing you are at least bobbing your head to the music. I love the fact that there are seats and a covered area so you can sit in the shade and wait for your food. The service staff is friendly, knowledge and quick! I think I’ve been there at least 4-5 times now and I don’t remember ever waiting more than 20 mins for my order. Now the food! Oh My! ?? everything tastes so fresh! I waited this long to make a review, because I’ve been working my way through the whole menu. I have yet to find something I don’t like. From the delicious ribs, to the juicy chicken! Shoot I’m trying to catch them on their Dino ribs special days now. I can’t forget the sides! We always have the get the baked beans, collard greens and Mac & cheese, but all their sides are delicious so it’s hard to choose which ones we want that day. The peach cobbler you can definitely taste that it is homemade like your grandma is back there baking it. Honestly the only downfall is the parking, but I usually park across the street. I added labels on my pictures so you can see what I devoured my very first visit here.

It’s a testament to how good this place is, when myself and my brother (both big eaters) can barely put a dent into our meals with how generous the portions are. The sweet sauce was incredibly rich. Seriously, the two meat meal weighed enough that I needed to put my hand underneath the bag. Bruhman’s for life!
Holy crap I forgot my own name eating this it was so good. If I could choose between bringing my grandmother back to life for a day and eating another plate of this brisket, I’m sorry, grandma this sh was GOOD.
