Received terrible, off-putting service from our waiter, then got our check adjusted after we left to increase his tip. Seriously?

Food was great! Lots of choices for kids and adults! And the cherry on top - prices are very reasonable. I don’t remember the last time I walked out of a restaurant for a family of 4 for brunch under $60!

It was kind of noisy as most breakfast places are but the food and service were amazing!!! Our new go -to place in TPA…awesome!

Brunches is always busy. They have great food and I got gluten free toast that was really delicious. We enjoy eating here.

Awesome place. Food was spot on. And one of the front staff individuals, not sure what her name was, she made sure that the cooks made us scrambled eggs, grits, toast, and perfect soft bacon, even though we arrived for breakfast 2 minutes after their closing of 2 pm. My wife and I truly appreciate that this lady went the extra mile and the cooks provided us with a hot delicious breakfast. We look forward to coming back when we visit Abby's.

The food and service were great. It's always kind of noisy, but the table next to us were watching videos on their phone at top volume, which made the experience less than pleasurable. Not at all the restaurant's fault, just rude people.

I absolutely love the unique menu- if you come here and get the 2 eggs and a meat plate I think you're missing the point, there's wonderful seasonal items, incredible blends of Americana diner with Cuban/Latin influence, and even Greek inspiration in there too. My kids were both thrilled with their menu options (my 11 year old had no issue with the adult short stack of pancakes) and my wife and I loved our food (pumpkin pancakes for her and eggs brancheros for me, basically breakfast nachos, incredible!!)
We will be back for more!
Our service was friendly, welcoming and attentive, the store had plenty of seating, it was ideal for a big weekend breakfast/brunch!

Absolutely horrible experience.I placed an online order over the phone, and the woman that answered took my order with a very rude attitude and then told me it would take 15-20 minutes. I arrive 25 minutes later. When I got there and asked for my order (I saw the order sitting on the counter), they say another two minutes. I sat there and waited for the next 25 minutes until someone finally realized that that was my food. The lady that took my order originally over the phone told the other server working there that she will check me out. She insisted on it and would not let anyone else, she then spent the next ten minutes cleaning off tables while not letting the other servers ring up my food. On top of that my eggs were burnt and tasted like rubber. Do not come here if you don’t want to be treated like a peasant. I used to come here all the time and I honestly will never be coming here again, absolutely appalled.
