Awesome place. Food was spot on. And one of the front staff individuals, not sure what her name was, she made sure that the cooks made us scrambled eggs, grits, toast, and perfect soft bacon, even though we arrived for breakfast 2 minutes after their closing of 2 pm. My wife and I truly appreciate that this lady went the extra mile and the cooks provided us with a hot delicious breakfast. We look forward to coming back when we visit Abby's.
The food and service were great. It's always kind of noisy, but the table next to us were watching videos on their phone at top volume, which made the experience less than pleasurable. Not at all the restaurant's fault, just rude people.
I absolutely love the unique menu- if you come here and get the 2 eggs and a meat plate I think you're missing the point, there's wonderful seasonal items, incredible blends of Americana diner with Cuban/Latin influence, and even Greek inspiration in there too. My kids were both thrilled with their menu options (my 11 year old had no issue with the adult short stack of pancakes) and my wife and I loved our food (pumpkin pancakes for her and eggs brancheros for me, basically...
