Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This used to be our staple ice cream shop. Recently service has been rude, unsanitary, and all around bad. Our recent experience was the worst yet. This employee scooped a non-dairy ice cream on top of a dairy product, then after we had asked for the correct flavor, she scooped the non dairy ice cream, that was touching the dairy ice cream, back into the non dairy ice-cream tub, to be used again. After we had already handled the ice cream. This is unacceptable due to dairy allergies. Heads up to all whom this may concern.

People who work there are very nice and helpful! Wished me Happy Birthday when I used my coupon! The ice cream is incredible!

Bruster's ice cream is so delicious, so many flavors to choose from. They also offer several vegan ice cream options. Friendly service and they offer a nice area to sit outside. Bruster's is my family's preferred ice cream store.

Bruster's always has, hands down, the very best tasting ice cream. I highly recommend cotton candy explosion, or else chocolate raspberry truffle.

Went last week and as others have said sooooo disgusting that the guy gets ice cream/ cones with no gloves on and touches the money all at the same time! He was very unfriendly and rude!!

Decent service, extremely overpriced, didnt use gloves while preparing my ice cream, their ice cream had a slight sour aftertaste, enough to alarm me, i couldnt even finish my ice cream and the heath felt kinda stale. Overall I'd prefer twisty treat.

I cannot recall a single time in my life where I’ve ever thrown away ice cream. I threw away my entire cup of ice cream because it was so terrible and flavorless. We would never go back there again. Total waste of money for flavorless ice cream :( 0/5

NEVER AGAIN!! They don’t use gloves! The guy touches everything with his bare hands. I paid cash and he literally used that same hand to put sprinkles on my ice cream. Hands were dirty with curry on it🤢I’m disgusted!

Never door dash an order from them. Everytime I order they never get it right at this location unless I am their holding their hands. Do not recommend delivery. Does not read instructions, I asked for no chocolate and fudge. They are clearly not good at reading directions. Poor service.

Although I love the Blueberry Crumble

Google and signage at the window says closing time 10pm. You get there and the staff inside lets you wait at the window for quite some time before they open the window to tell you they’re closed. We arrived at 9:15pm. This has happened to me twice. I thought the first one was a fluke so I didn’t say anything. Last review mentions the same thing. Spent $20 at cold stone instead.

Pulled up on a Sunday evening at 9pm. There were about 3 other people in line ahead of me waiting. After about 5 min we realized the guy inside was standing at the window ignoring us. Instead of telling us he was closed, despite signage at the window and on Google saying 10pm, he chose to just stand there until someone knocked multiple times. Then looked dumbfounded when we mentioned his sign said 10pm.

Horrible customer service.

Great service and portion size. Lots of choices for all kinds of flavors. This is our go to place for ice cream and as always will be back.

Love the non dairy ice cream. The cotton candy explosion was delicious and my dog always gets a doggie treat.
Always good attentive service.
