Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I keep getting an ad on Facebook for 2 for $12 small ice cream waffle cones.. how is that a good deal…? $6 for a scoop of ice cream on a cone. Crazy.

The owner is very rude and argumentative. They missed an item we had paid for and asked to get compensated and or a refund for the missing item. The owner then proceeds to tell us to drive back to the store to pick up our item and as we arrive the store was closed. He failed to inform us that they were leaving and so on. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. On top of that the owner then proceeded to accuse me and my friends of lying despite providing the evidence we paid for everything and evidence that we were missing an item.

This location is a rip off. Ordered a turtle Sunday and I was given this cup. Every single turtle Sunday I've ordered has been in a clear plastic container with a lid. If they were out of them, then they should have told me that. This was half the amount of ice cream in a small cup with barely any chocolate, caramel, or nuts!

Expensive and gross ice cream. Left a really bad lingering taste. Only took two bites. $ 15 for 2 one scoop cones. You crazy. Always looking for good ice cream places. This isn't it.

Delicious ice cream! Lots of different flavors and options. Service was great, quick, and the portion size was perfect! I really appreciated the plastic protector to keep the ice cream from dripping down the cone onto my hand.

Abby was by her self, taking orders and making ice cream’s. There was a long line and everybody ended up leaving happy Abby is a worker needs needs to be recognized for what she does, how she handles the pressure of a long line and still smiles no matter that she’s by her self and under so much pressure! The So much kindness and confidence, wonderful young lady, keep it up, bright future is awaiting for U! Thanks for the yummy ice cream! 😊

Two weeks in a row with bad ice cream. Last week ordered an Oreo blast and it was all mushy and melted, could have drunk it through a straw, and had a weird after taste...I thought it might be a fluke as they are usually good, so we went again today and got a M&M blast, which again was all mushy and melted. It had no solidity at all...very disappointing. I won't be giving them a 3rd try, I will just drive 5 more minutes and go to cold stone...never had any issues there.

The reason I can't give this a five-star is because when we walked up to the window the young lady that was working there was just sitting on top of the countertop in the back on her phone and took her a moment to come to the front. Not very sanitary. The food was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $22 for two single scoops and a strawberry shortcake. Also, it would be nice if the menu was a little more clear outside on the windows. It's just really jumbled up with almost too many options.
