Delicious ice cream! Lots of different flavors and options. Service was great, quick, and the portion size was perfect! I really appreciated the plastic protector to keep the ice cream from dripping down the cone onto my hand.

Two weeks in a row with bad ice cream. Last week ordered an Oreo blast and it was all mushy and melted, could have drunk it through a straw, and had a weird after taste...I thought it might be a fluke as they are usually good, so we went again today and got a M&M blast, which again was all mushy and melted. It had no solidity at all...very disappointing. I won't be giving them a 3rd try, I will just drive 5 more minutes and go to cold stone...never had any issues there.

The reason I can't give this a five-star is because when we walked up to the window the young lady that was working there was just sitting on top of the countertop in the back on her phone and took her a moment to come to the front. Not very sanitary. The food was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $22 for two single scoops and a strawberry shortcake. Also, it would be nice if the menu was a little more clear outside on the windows. It's just really jumbled up with almost too many options.

It's always a pleasure when I stop here! The chocolate cone dipped in nuts with two scoops of chocolate ice cream, drizzled nuts on one half and crushed Oreo Cookies on the other. Sheesh!

The worker was very nice. But the ice cream tasted freezer burnt and The cone was old. On top of that, Bruster's is known for the way they scooped their ice cream. They usually get more ice cream on the paddle and overfill. It's honestly what they are known for. But this ice cream was scooped with a regular ice cream scoop. Which would have been fine if it had tasted good. I know brusters ice cream, WELL! I used to frequent the one in Knoxville, Tennessee which was amazing and I also frequented the one in Chattanooga, TN regularly! I never had a problem anytime and the ice cream was absolutely amazing. I always remember that every Bruster's had the same smell. You could smell the delicious waffle cones. This place had no inviting smell to it. I'm afraid this place may be cutting corners to try to save money. My small cake cone of ice cream was over $6. Bruster's is also known for their reasonably priced items. I'm super sad about it. I wanted to have a good Bruster's near by that I could enjoy.

The sun is always beaming. The experience of me going here has always been rough, but the ice-cream and shakes were always impressive enough to keep me coming back. The outside menu has ran all together and a lot to read. But today I ordered an 8$ shake and was not impressed and it was melted. I finished the shake in like 5 minutes without trying because the consistency was off.

This place is a must visit for any ice cream lover in the zephyrhills area! Can’t beat that southern banana puddin. Great customer service every time we visit.
Ordered a cookies n cream ice cream pie for my grandson's birthday. Tasted yummy and was decorated per my online order perfectly. Order was ready on time. Professional and friendly staff.

I love Bruster's! Always easy to order at the window and then we get to enjoy our ice cream outside on a cool evening. I ordered the birthday cake in a waffle bowl and then everyone ordered different types of cones and bowls. They offer a $1 off for a Yelp check in! I also had some coupons to use which was cool, I love waving money!

I ordered a lemon sorbet, a strawberry cheesecake, ice cream, a vanilla, and a cotton candy in or for regretful they taste like they've been there for months almost detection was completely off the lemon sorbet taste like ice that was flavored with lemon juice, and the cheesecake had absolutely no pieces of cheesecake or anything of that nature. It was literally vanilla ice cream with a couple of squirts of some strawberry syrup. Oh, and those for all small for almost $24 is even more of an insult.

On vacation from NY and kids wanted ice cream like they always do so stopped at this place because i saw decent reviews and was terribly mislead the cheesecake one had absolutely no pieces of cheesecake in it like i have had at 50 other ice cream spots it has just some strawberry syrup smh. The lemon sorbet tasted like a piece of flavored ice thats about it and my daughter who loves cotton candy ice cream did not want to even finish it. Oo and way to over priced.
