We went there and were ignored once a large party came in. We sat there and watched five other tables come in and receive their food. Then, another server saw us sitting there and felt bad, so she refilled our drinks. After an hour of sitting there, cold food came out. No apologies, just a lame excuse that a larger party came in and we were “forgotten.” Finally, an assistant manager asked how our visit was, and when we told him, he walked off. 🧐 A bit later, a female associate manager came by after we stopped our server and asked for a manager. She regurgitated the large party verbiage as if that made them a priority and us chopped liver. Her answer was a free appetizer on the next visit. That awful experience turned us from very frequent patrons to we will not be back. We left a tip for the other server, who refilled our drinks while we sat there, but we won’t be back. The food and service were awful. We didn't eat the cold food but paid full price for it. We left the free appetizer card on the table. How pathetic.

Our server Rodney was amazing, for it to be his 2nd day he made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our meal without being rushed. He had great customer service. Definitely will come back.
Food was good. The burgers, wings, and chicken nuggets were said to be good. Pizza was okay, would have liked the bottom crust not as soggy but it did have good flavor, top crust was good. Salads were okay and enjoyed the housemade ranch and bleu cheese.

Let me be clear when I say this! Bubba’s is that go to spot for dine in and takeout. Dined in a couple of times and service has always been on point along side food and drinks. My husband doesn’t love eating out after a long day of work so we compromised takeout instead and several times later we have 0 regrets. This IS our forever pizza place for takeout. They are better than any other pizza place in the Brandon area. Pizza quality is comparable to New York New York in Ybor. Wings are great! Shot gun sauce is addicting! Garlic knots are fluffy and addicting. I’m sad they left off my banana peppers this time on my bbq chicken pizza order and were sold out of traditional chicken wings so I had to order boneless wings instead :( even with those minor things the pizza, knots and boneless wings still slapped and I will continue to get my takeout pizza and wings from bubbas!!! Period! Ps. I never have pictures to share bc we devour our food lol also fair to share we’re lactose intolerant and fall for pizza temptation but this pizza does not trigger us, maybe cleaner ingredients idk .. not a doctor and that wasn’t advice but for us their pizza doesn’t make us regret eating pizza.
