The drinks are ok. Not sure exactly what to say about them. Don't like the fact that I ordered a drink a few days ago, the same simple kind of fruit tea (passion fruit) and come back today and order the exact same thing and it's a totally different color. I'm talking one is pink/purple the next one is bright yellow. Also would appreciate it if staff would put straw in naturally for guests. 2nd time in a week I had their drink blast all over my clothes because it's filled to the brim and you have to pierce a plastic wrapper with a cardboard oversized straw. And prior visits, prior to this past week, same thing happened. Can't wait til the Starbucks opens.

I went to this place with my daughter on saturday and i can just say it was terrible. Two greasy black haired girls were making the drinks we had ordered and were being extremely rude laughing in our faces almost ignoring me when i made a question about the tapioca, one of them was wearing south park pins (which is absolutely inappropriate) and the other one was wearing some japanese anime characters. not only their service was awful but the drinks were grainy, warm and one was even watered down. i will not be coming back sadly, this spot used to be great. don't waste your money !!!

There's no tea, everything is watered down, it's basically sugar water with a tiny bit of flavor. Worst boba tea I've had in my life. Stay away.

Ordered 2 taro milk teas and the consistency was VERY thick, griddy and overpowering…it was the equivalent of drinking syrup mixed with powder from a straw. They put very little ice in it so it was room temperature on top of it all. I could tell the boba was old as well, very very mushy…Needless to say, they went right in the trash.
Luke is the best!!! I love this place!! Everyone is friendly and efficient :)

As others have said, very little flavor. The fruit tea is watered down and the boba is old and mushy. Staff is always very nice though.

I chose 1/5 stars because it could've been better, and let me say that I HATE leaving reviews like this but I am being honest. The first time I went, it was 2 hours before closing time. I stood and waited a few minutes for the employees to acknowledge me as they were speaking to each other and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt. (That's just the kind of person I am). When they finally acknowledge me they said they were closed! lol! Obviously they were not but they insisted - it was weird. I really have no explanation for it. The second time I went I finally got one of their teas (peach with popping boba), it really didn't taste authentic or anything if that's the kind of tea you like. You could definitely tell that it was probably mass produced in a factory because it tasted like chemicals - if that makes sense? Maybe their other flavors are better than what I chose but I can't say I would ever go back to find out.

Not the best boba place I've ever had. But it's alright. The boba is small, but they have a good flavor. Most drinks are good but there's better places ??♂️
