I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND LOVED IT. THE MANAGER KIMMIE SHOULD REALLY BE FRIENDLIER AND NICE TO THE LITTLE CUSTOMERS SHE HAS LEFT. I ENJOYED THE CHANGES AND THE STAFF ME BUT THE MANAGER NEEDS TO IMPROVE HER WAYS OF TREATING LOYAL CUSTOMER'S. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

Highly recommend Buckets Bar and Grill! Stopped by to make a delivery and was immediately greeted by a friendly face known as Kimmie. We were a party of 3 who had the bacon cheeseburger, Philly cheesesteak, the garlic parm & the sweet chili wings. All three dishes were paired with vodka and O.J. and a Moscow Mule. Three words: Out. Of. Bounds!! Will definitely be back!

Excellent service! Always amazing food! Phil creates an awesome environment , perfrct drinks, and is super attendant! Outside smoking area, lots of large screen tv's....We will keep coming back!

Don't let the shopping plaza fool you! I was told to come here for good wings and they didn't disappoint! Good ambiance, layout and bar. Decent stage for a 4 to 6 person band with good sound quality.

Nice venue to see local bands. Food is underwhelming. With the cover charge you get a drink what used to be any name brand now it's well drinks which is a little disappointing. Not a place I would make a regular habit of going to but it's a nice change

Food was actually surprisingly good however service from the manager Kimmie was awful. Long story short, after arriving at Buckets at 7pm with a friend and spending $70 on food and drinks I was surprised to be asked to leave at 8:45 if we didn't pay a $15 cover for a 9pm comedy show. I explained we were not planning on staying much longer and would gladly spend more than $15 in drinks if allowed to stay til 9:30 but Kimmie would not listen to her paying customers. We closed out our tab and left promptly at 8:45. I am simply amazed at the lack of common sense customer service. I am sure in less than an hour my friend and I would have spent much more than the $15 cover charge. Good food but poor service shows why the place was empty on a Friday night. I have been a customer for many years but the new manager Kimmie was clueless. Sadly with this poor service, it won't be long and this establishment won't last long.

Worst place to go see a band play: The Facebook event page states it starts at 8:30. Signs outside say the band play at 9. We get there at 8 to eat some dinner but were told that there are no tables available because they have been reserved ahead of time. EVERY SINGLE BOOTH & HIGH TOP. We are offered the bar top but of course, other people who there to see the band, were also forced into there & it was entirely crowded. What bar lets someone call to reserve a table??? It's not like they sold seating tickets which would then be understandable. Worst venue for a popular band to play at. Left there after they offered to let us sit at any unclaimed table, after 9:30.... Absolutely ridiculous.

the first time i went there i got a table for 10 to watch the black hon keys. it was awesome. it was more than just going to the bar and watching a good band. it was good bar food (chicken wings), with a great funky soul rock band, taking you back in time to the 70s (wjen i was a baby), and supported by the gracious and wonderful hospitality staff at Buckets! It will behoove me to return.

Great entertainment at Buckets tonight...Dueling Pianos. Fun, fun, fun. These guys could sing anything and they were funny too. Lots of audience participation.
