Exceptional coffee :)

My 7 year old granddaughter got a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was very large. The photo shows a quarter of the cookie. The staff were friendly and helpful. They asked my Grandgirl if she wanted her cookie heated. She and I sat out on the patio of Armature Works to eat it. I like walnuts in my chocolate chip cookies. Surprisingly, my Grandgirl said there were too many chocolate chips in the cookie. I never thought I would hear that from her. All in all, a pleasant stop n the way home from summer camp.

Great spot in Hyde Park Village with fantastic coffee choices if you are looking for something better than your average coffee spot

I was able to get me an iced coffee before my yoga workout this morning so that was a plus because even though the line was very long, it moved very quickly and my drink was ready immediately! That was pretty cool. I will definitely go back for more coffee and even try the juices that they offer. I would also like to try the food that they have but for now I will just stick with the drinks.

Coffee taste like crap. McDonald is better

This was my first visit to Buddy Brew Coffee, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. I ordered a large Mocha Latte and a cookie. The cookie was decent but cold and a bit dry. The mocha was strong but seemed to lack effort in its preparation.

What really brought my experience down was the poor customer service. The young blonde cashier was unenthusiastic and disengaged, making it clear she had no interest in being there. The barista prepared my drink quickly but seemed more focused on rushing through orders than providing a welcoming experience.

A little kindness goes a long way, and the energy of the staff can significantly impact a customer’s visit. Sadly, this will be my last time at this Buddy Brew location. For the price, I expected better service and a more positive atmosphere.

Instead of my making my coffee the 1 lady working made a coffee for a worker at armature works (who cut in front and was non paying) while the only other employee was flirting with the worker about how he didn’t get a Christmas stocking at their store. Price is never the same even though I order the same thing. Do better

First time, and I am hooked! I got in line behind maybe 6 people and then 3 minutes or less, I place my order. That's phenomenal timing. Cashier was so nice, great energy (and hair🙌)crew behind quiet/happy/hard working. I order their cold brew float, it's been on my mind since I saw it on their online menu. Cold brew, vanilla bean gelato and caramel. WHAT? I added vanilla and extra caramel. When I tell you this is perfect, I mean🤌
Every sip is better than the last! I am def coming back for this.

It took them 20 minutes to make our coffees when it was not busy at all and only one Person working while three other staff members just standing there. I expected more from this place with all the reviews but unfortunately they didn’t came upto the mark. Sorry but the staff needs to be more efficient.

It gets good stars for friendliness and prompt service. The Armature building that the coffee shop resides in is really nice with lots of comfortable seating. But Buddy's coffee was meh. I like mocha coffee, and I dislike it when it is too sweet. Ordered two mochas, and I could barely detect any chocolate at all, so opposite of too sweet. Also, the temp was barely above room temp. So $14 plus tip for two meh mocha coffees.
